2 of my kids have been going to this daycare, director Mrs Erica and the teachers are very nice and caring. Mrs Erica is always very responsive , friendly, helpful and easy to reach, she will response promptly to any questions you have and find a solution if needed. Mrs.Lucy is always available too to answer your questions. They organize really nice events for children and parents. Their educational programs are really nice too , kids have creative activities all day and come home with the stuff they have made during the day. Its very clean and always organized .Overall most teachers are very nice and caring. I appreciate their hard work.

We have had an exceptional experience at the South KinderCare that has exceeded all our expectations. Under the outstanding leadership of Director Erica and Lucy, the entire staff demonstrates remarkable warmth and genuine care for every child. The teachers, in particular, have created a nurturing environment that feels like a second home to our family. The facility consistently maintains impeccable cleanliness standards, and the secure entry system provides us with complete peace of mind regarding our child’s safety. We particularly appreciate the daily updates through the app, which keep us connected to our child’s day and allow us to celebrate their milestones together. Our child has experienced tremendous growth in both social skills and creativity since joining South KinderCare. The center’s comprehensive in-house programs—including karate, phonics, art, and dance—have been instrumental in our child’s holistic development. These diverse activities not only keep our child engaged and excited about learning but also provide incredible convenience for our family by consolidating multiple enrichment opportunities in one trusted location. As parents of an infant, safety was our primary concern when selecting childcare. South KinderCare has proven to be the best daycare we could have found. The infant classroom teachers are extraordinarily warm, attentive, and caring. The bond they’ve formed with our son is truly special—even now that he’s in TK, he still visits each teacher to give them a hug and tell them how much he misses them! Every single teacher deserves recognition for their exceptional training, professionalism, and welcoming nature. It would be impossible to single out individuals because the entire team is superb. South Naperville KinderCare is so much more than a childcare center! My daughter started in the infant's room at 16 weeks and now almost 2 years old in the Toddler's room, and we have felt like family and part of a very positive, ENGAGING community from day one. The staff is exactly what any parent would look for when choosing a school for their child. I could probably write a novel of how nurturing, loving, giving, selfless, engaging, etc. every teacher is at this school. Our daughter is EXCITED every day to open the doors, running to hug all the teachers in the morning - even the ones she hasn't even been in their classroom yet. This is such a special place, and we feel safe and at "home" in a sense at South Naperville KinderCare. We are so appreciative of the Center Director & the Center Assistant Director, Ms. Erica & Ms. Lucy, for allowing our family to feel a part of their community each and every day. This is an amazing daycare with a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe and loved. My kids are always excited to go, which says so much. It is always so clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of activities that are perfectly suited to each age group. The teachers show genuine love and care, treating each child like their own . The family events are thoughtfully prepared with incredible attention to details. We are truly grateful for the caring teachers and the wonderful director who make this place feel like a second home. I was so nervous to switch daycares but I’ve been blown away by how well my boys adjusted to South Naperville KinderCare. They LOVE their school, they’re always smiling in their pictures, and the staff take such good care of them. I also appreciate the thoughtful events they put on, especially cultural night.
