Kinder care has been excellent for my boys.. I had always been so scared to send my kids to a daycare but a family emergency left me no option but to enroll them… and I’m so glad I chose KinderCare. my oldest has special needs and they have been so great at accommodating him to help him meet his daily needs and they do it without any complaints, I’ve seen such improvement with his development since him starting daycare. If there’s any concerns they have with either of my kids they’re so good with communicating them. They’re truly so caring and you can definitely tell they care about their kiddos..

Brought my child to the infant room at 12 weeks old. During the tour, I specifically asked if the center did “cry it out” and they said absolutely not and that if they couldn’t pick up the child they would at least be near it and patting. Came to pick up, she and 2 other infants were by themselves screaming in their crib while the workers were tending to other children. Mine just needed her pacifier in, she was purple crying. I called the director after picking up and she “investigated” and said the workers said “she wasn’t crying for more than 10 minutes” which is an extremely long time. I picked her up at 3pm and she slept all the way until 5am the next morning. I had to keep waking her to try and feed her. I am sure they let her cry all day. I understand it’s a big transition for kids to go from home to a center but I informed them I was off that day and to call me if anything. They lied about her naps in the app and about the bottles bc it didn’t add up to what was left. Never sent her back. I am sure other rooms are great for older kids but I would never send my infant there. The workers were nice though and probably overwhelmed as they informed me AFTER THE FACT that 5 new infants started that day - which should also not be allowed.

My 2-1/2 year old son has been going to this daycare for almost 2 years now. We are very pleased with Kindercare. The workers in his classrooms have always been kind and attentive. They always have activities for the children to do. We get pictures just about every day he's there of what they are doing that day. If there is ever an issue or anything happens, that's always communicated to us promptly. We are definitely happy with the quality of Kindercare.

My two kids have been going to Kindercare for about two years now. The teachers in each classroom are very friendly, empathetic, and caring. Ms. Tina and Ms. Lauren do such a great job keeping Kindercare running as smoothly and safely as possible. I absolutely love the app because it allows the teachers to send photos, supplies requests, and it even lists everything my kids eat while they're there. Also, with it being a learning center, you can rest assured that your children will learn so many amazing and incredible things while they are here. I truly believe they have helped my oldest become the super smart 5 year old he is, and that he is ahead of the curve because of his experience at Kindercare. Highly recommend 👏

We have been going to Kindercare for 3 years and have loved every minute of it. My kids are there for at least 9 hours everyday and I am happy knowing they are being taken care of and having fun learning and playing with their friends. They offers nutritious meals and a different learning unit each month, even for the infants. The teachers are always happy to see my children in the morning and let me know how their day was at pickup. Also, this center just started using an app that will keep you updated with what your child is doing throughout the day and even send photos, which is a fabulous new addition for every working parent!
