I was passing by around 4:40 PM and saw a young boy and girl fighting outside with no staff supervising. Very concerning—children need proper care and attention. This place should be investigated for safety.

My daughter attended this daycare from age 3 months to 5 years and I never felt uncomfortable leaving her in their care. The teachers are caring and are good at communicating what happens on a daily basis. The facility is clean and safe, which is also why I was fine leaving my daughter. When we had to move daycares to be closer to home, we were sad because it was very hard to find a replacement like Long Grove. The teachers and staff became like family and that you can’t find everywhere!!!

We love it here at Long Grove KinderCare! Not only are my husband and I happy with our children going there, our DAUGHTERS are happy going there. They absolutely love their teachers (ALL OF THEM) and I love the updates I get throughout the day about what’s going on. I’ve never once felt left out of the loop as to what’s going on and if there’s any concerns or anything it’s very clearly communicated by either the assistant director or director. They have been so accommodating with me sometimes needing to make a change in my schedule. They take my one daughter to and from her elementary school which SO HELPFUL since it’s one less thing I have to try and rush to accomplish in our already busy mornings. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and face from the front door and the classrooms no matter WHAT time of day it is. I feel like the teachers are invested in my girls and love hearing about their day first hand. I would definitely recommend 100%. I’m due with another baby in December and have no issues with my baby coming there once my maternity leave is over.

My daughter has been going here for about 3 years now. For the most part we’ve had a great experience thus far. The teachers are great and really transparent when it come to the end of the day report regarding your child. Like every place you have your ups and downs, especially with there being so much time invested, but I trust them and my kid loves those guys that works there. I definitely recommend this center.
