Kindercare Learning Center #1849

We’ve had a great experience at KinderCare on Medina Road! The Learning Adventures class has been especially helpful for my daughter — she’s learned so much, especially with her letters and early literacy. It’s been amazing to see her progress! For my school-age son, the summer camp program has been a real highlight. He’s always excited about the field trips and variety of activities they plan each week — there’s always something new and fun going on! The staff is wonderful — supportive, attentive, and truly dedicated to creating a fun and safe environment for the kids. It’s clear they care, and it means a lot to know our children are in such good hands. Highly recommend this location to other families looking for a nurturing and engaging daycare!

We LOVE our KinderCare! The staff is incredible and very attentive. The activities are age appropriate. The teaching staff is very accommodating and treat the kids as their own. Shout out to Ms. Isabel. Nothing but amazing! It’s more than a daycare. I love the education and language development aspect for preschool aged children. Also, working with the kids on potty training, self control and respect. Food options are wonderful and we appreciate the flexibility when it comes to meals for breakfast and lunch. The outdoor play area is fantastic. The app has been such a great digital tool for posting pictures and communicating with the staff. The director, Ms. Sarah, is always so welcoming and always has fun events for the kids. We are so thankful for everyone at KinderCare Medina and for the care and love shown to our family.

I had both of my children enrolled at this KinderCare for about a year, and I want to share my honest experience so other parents can make an informed decision. First, I want to say that Sera is very nice. She really tried to work with my son, who is a very energetic and hyper child. I do appreciate her efforts and kindness. However, overall my experience at this location was not positive, and if I had another option at the time, I would not have chosen this center. Many of the teachers were rude and raised their voices at the kids too often. My children often complained that staff members yelled at them, and I even overheard harsh language being used, which is very upsetting. While there were a few good teachers, unfortunately, others did not seem patient or caring. I often noticed teachers sitting with iPads at the table instead of actively engaging with the children. My son, who is very active, was always “in trouble,” but I didn’t feel like they had a real plan to help him learn and grow. Instead of guidance, it felt more like punishment. The bathrooms are inside the classrooms and open, which made me uncomfortable. Every time I visited, I saw kids going in and out, and with so many families coming and going, I didn’t feel that was the safest or most private setup. In my opinion, the education here was very weak. I don’t feel like my kids were learning or benefiting much, compared to what I expected from a childcare program. To be fair, I don’t think everything about this KinderCare is “terrible.” I do believe they are trying to improve and maybe the future will be better. But based on my personal experience, I was never happy there, and I would not send my children back to this location or to another KinderCare. Parents should know that while the center has some caring staff, there are also serious concerns with discipline, supervision, and overall environment. I hope my review helps other families when making their decision.

Amazing Kindercare staff are welcoming and center is so clean and bright! I am a new mom and leaving my baby with someone is hard but the girls in the baby room are so good with my son! The director Sara is very encouraging and efficient when I have a question or concern!! Would recommend 100%

My husband and I enrolled our child at KinderCare in 2024 and we have been nothing but pleased! The staff and teachers ensure every child’s needs are met, not just academically. Since enrolling at KinderCare, our child has shown so much growth cognitively and social/emotional growth as well. They truly do go above and beyond for the children and I believe they have the biggest hearts because I can see it when they engage with the children and it shows through their work. I really do appreciate the time and effort the staff puts in not only everyday at work but all of the special activities and events they put on as well for the children and their families. We will certainly continue trusting Medina KinderCare on Medina Road for our future children because it’s such a peace of mind knowing your children are being taken care of in the best hands and are safe. If you are looking for a sign, then this is it because you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication and to the director Sara for always striving to be the best she can be but also for keeping the entire center striving to be the best!
