My son was a first generation Covid baby. We enrolled him at Macedonia Kindercare in Dec 2019. He was only in the infant room for a few months before everything was shut down, however I can say that the staff in the infant room always took incredible care of him. They updated us throughout the day using an app to let us know how he was eating and sleeping, which I loved. They sent cute pics home so that we could see what he was doing. Fast forward to preschool and pre-k, I re-enrolled him at Macedonia Kindercare. My experience was just as positive as the first. The teachers took great care in helping us set goals for him to achieve and milestones to reach. They continued to use the app to update us throughout the day. Communication with Maggie and Regina, the Director and Assistant Directors respectively, was always clear and informative. Everyone that my son was in contact with was caring, kind, and so welcoming. My son is now 3 weeks into kindergarten at a local private school. I am so proud to already be getting glowing reports about how well behaved and well prepared my son is for kindergarten. I attribute so much of his success to Macedonia Kindercare and the wonderful ladies who work there. We love you all so much and thank you for everything.
I wasn’t going to write a review, but after my experience with my daughter’s new daycare and leaving Kindercare on bad terms, I thought I’d share my experience. my daughter started going there a little after she turned one and stayed for about a year and she was in three different rooms. The first two rooms were great. around the time she moved to her third room, I started working there being a single mom, helping with childcare cost. My biggest concern is throughout her whole time being there she was extremely sick and was never 100% healthy. When I started working there I also got sick. Us as teachers did clean our rooms but were had to do everything with the kids in our rooms along with decorating ,there was no time to clean the way we should’ve. My second concern was when she entered a room discovering preschool (DP). She then was never acting like herself when I picked her up and always wanted to leave right away I never got smiling pictures which was not Normal. After multiple incidences without explanation of how they got there and not being informed before the end of the day when I left with her , I picked her up not wanting to bring her back. As I’m walking out my boss yells down the hall to not come back and sent a message to everyone saying I left abruptly. I was planning on finishing my 2 weeks I had turned in the week before. I don’t not recommend this place for your kid 2-3 years of age and my daughter is happier than ever at her new place and acts like herself again and isn’t sick!!!!!
Love the center Maggie is great. I love my sons teachers and everyone makes me feel welcome. They make me feel safe leaving my son there. The KinderCare app is also amazing love seeing what my little one is doing. They also do the cutest crafts and activities with the kids even the little infants! I would recommend to all and intend to keep my son there for as long as I can!
Both of my kids absolutely LOVE KinderCare here. They beg me daily to go see their favorite teachers, Regina and Maggie. All of the staff there is incredibly helpful and attentive with the children, but those two deserve a special shoutout. They have made the experience perfect and stress-free for my whole family. If you are looking for childcare that will be professional, but also have a fun and positive environment, I can not recommend this center more!
My son has been dropped off by has grandmother with marks and bruises. & the teachers and director ignore him and let him suffer, he had diarrhea for 5 months and everybody ignored it and continued to let him get dropped off sick like that …my sons father & his mother has been very neglectful not maggie refuses to Let me come into the daycare to check up on my child & he’s being abused at his father. i wouldn’t give this daycare one star if i had the option to
