Parents consistently praise the caring and dedicated staff, strong teacher-child relationships, effective communication, clean facilities, and educational curriculum. My experience with KinderCare has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I was misled about the tuition pricing, and the communication around fees and policies was inconsistent and unprofessional. What was explained to me during the enrollment process did not match what I was later charged, and when I tried to get clarification, I was met with dismissiveness instead of accountability. The director’s attitude was unprofessional, and rather than focusing on resolving issues, she often made excuses or deflected responsibility. As a parent, that’s unacceptable — especially when you’re trusting a childcare center with your child’s safety and well-being. The most concerning part is that my five-year-old son, Kash, came home several times saying that staff members were mean to him. No child should ever feel uncomfortable or mistreated in a place that’s supposed to be caring and supportive. That alone made it clear to me that this center does not uphold the standards it advertises. I would not recommend this KinderCare location to any parent who expects transparency, professionalism, or a nurturing environment. My advice — ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and trust your instincts.
I’ve been bringing my kids to this daycare since February 2025, and I couldn’t be happier. The entire team is absolutely amazing — caring, patient, and dedicated. They create such a warm and safe environment where my children feel loved and excited to go every day. I truly appreciate the attention they give to each child and the great communication with parents. Thank you for all that you do
The teachers & support staff at KinderCare Lansdale are some of the best humans I’ve ever met. We came in “late” after a few years with in-home daycare. Within a couple of weeks we saw growth and now after about 6 months, I can confidently say they have prepared our son for Kindergarten. It’s amazing watching how he’s grown. Mrs. Patel has been teaching there for over 30 years and you can see what an impact she’s made in developing the kids to utilize their skills and reach their potential. Ms. Abhi is sweet and compassionate and is a safe place for all the big feelings that come with being pre-k aged. Chasity, the assistant director, was also a KinderCare alum and may as well own the place. Her energy and enthusiasm, and true love, for the school’s program and the kids are unmatched. I highly recommend exploring Lansdale KinderCare if you’re looking for the next step in your child’s growth and development, both personally and academically.
While some teachers are great, I was disappointed by the center director’s lack of accountability and professionalism, and the tendency to avoid resolving issues.
My son has been attending here for about 1.5 months. He is really attached to me and my husband so we had a lot of worries about sending our 6 month old to daycare. Starting from day one, his teachers have been so loving and understanding of his needs and worked really hard to bond with him and build positive rapport. Having worked at daycare before, I know that there are some teachers who do the bare minimum because they work with babies who cannot talk and complain to their parents when they get home. With that said, we feel so lucky and blessed to have met such loving teachers who have a genuine love for the children placed under their care. Our son is so well adjusted to this new change and loves going to daycare!
