Our daughter has attended KinderCare for over six months now and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care, attention and support she receives every day. The entire team, especially Ms. Anna, Ms. Andrina, Mr. John and Ms. Ebony, has created an environment where she feels nurtured and encouraged to learn and grow. They go above and beyond to connect with her, fostering her curiosity and making each day exciting and engaging. We also love the KinderCare app, which keeps us in the loop with regular updates and photos. It’s wonderful to share in her accomplishments and see her daily interactions. The nutritious meals prepared by Ms. Raquel are a highlight, and Ms. Patti’s (Center Director) leadership is extremely valued. We couldn’t be more thankful for the team that makes our daughter’s experience at KinderCare so special.

I would NEVER send my Child here. I’ve been in this area on more than one occasion where I’ve witnessed children under two years old getting yelled at loudly and scolded, while the person yelling at the child was sitting on a slide not moving, yelling at the child on and off repeatedly for a good 5 minutes. How about you get up and talk calmly to the child, setting and example through empathy and care? My husband and I could hear this woman yelling at the child as we walked a good distance away down the street. We were appalled and ready to walk over and say something. I will be reporting this to the school. Abusive behavior AND I can guarantee if the parents knew their child was getting scolded like this, they would take them out of this school immediately. I even know the child’s name that they were yelling at, which will be reported. For the child’s safety and privacy, I will not write it here.

We are very happy with Harbor Bay KinderCare and our son loves to go there: extremely professional and friendly teachers, a lot of developing/learning activities for the kids, cool iOS application allowing you to follow your kid's day. Thanks so much, Ms Patti and the KC Team!

We love the staff of KinderCare and have been very happy with our son's experience here. He's a high needs kid and they have been really patient and kind with him. He loves going to school and loves Ms. Amy and Ms. Ebony.

Ok, so here’s my thoughts. This Kindercare location is one of a few things or all. Racist, understaffed, or unprofessional. I hate to think the worst in people but this was my experience. I set up an appointment through the proper online channels and got an email confirmation from this Kindercare location. I showed up, early, rung both door bells, one with a camera, no answer. I called twice, no answer, the second time I called I’m sure someone pressed the ignore button because it rung less times then the first. Once I went back to my car within 30 seconds a woman briskly walked out of the door to her car. I didn’t want to approach her because I was afraid of potentially getting maced or the police called on me. I called the online Kindercare service provider and they called the location multiple times, no answer. The caller was apologetic but I chalked it up as another “experience” from the hypocritical sections of California.
