Today is the last day of 10+ years at KinderCare North Hills. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful this staff has been or how thankful I am to them for the support they have oven me and kids this entire time. The director (Krista) has been with the center since I walked in on day one and her consistency and leadership has lead to the consistency of staff my kids have had the privilege to learn from - So many of the teachers have been there our entire tenure. Krista has worked with me through changing work schedules and needs through the year and I couldn’t be happier. And above all else, my kids have received an amazing education from teachers who truly care. They have been so prepared for school by going through KinderCare. Could not recommend more!
We've been part of the KinderCare Learning Center family for nine incredible years! From the moment our oldest (now 9) started at just 11 weeks old, through our middle child (6), and now with our 9-month-old, this center has been our second home. Center Director Krista has created a warm, nurturing environment where our children have thrived. Teachers like the two Kathys, Sarah, Stephanie, Lexi, Kamal, Mike, Liz, Paula, Steph, Kushbu, Christie, and so many others have become extended family to us (don't forget Chef Chuck!). Their dedication, patience, and genuine love for our children is evident in everything they do. When your child is ready to transition to the next classroom, normally they visit and get used to the new group and routine. Over the pandemic, the pods didn't mix and they had to temporarily suspend visits, so when it was time for our middle child to transition downstairs, Paula made a preschool "lookbook" showing the classroom and each of its centers. It helped our child transition smoothly and know what to expect. We still have this precious momento even though "Middle" has long since graduated kindergarten! One thing that makes KinderCare special is how they truly grow with your child - from those sweet infant days through a full-day, accredited kindergarten. We've experienced the full journey twice already and are starting again with number three! North Hills KinderCare Learning Center is a place where your child will be loved, nurtured, and celebrated every day. One of the best decisions we made for our family!
Our family has been with KinderCare since our two boys (5 and 6) were infants. First, at the US Steel building, then, because of building related closure, at the North Hills location (last minute over the Easter weekend). We absolutely love all of the people at both. But beyond that, these people really care about and know each child. Our older child completed the North Hills KinderCare Kindergarten program with Ms Liz when he wasn’t old enough to enter public school and she was awesome. Our younger child is closing in on his last months there and I know we’re going to miss everybody. They’re real professionals. If getting your child academically and socially ready for school is important to you, this is the place. They’re great people and your child won’t want to leave at the end of the day. I know, because I have / had to drag them out.
So pleased with our experience at this kindercare. My daughter is in the infant room and Miss Kathy and Miss Desiree are phenomenal. We receive so many pictures and communication is always prompt and detailed. The directors, Sara and Krista, are wonderful. I will have no hesitation sending my future children here and highly recommend it.
I was so apprehensive about putting my daughter in daycare initiallywhen she turned four months. Krista & the other staff here were all so welcoming, Nothing short of amazing when it came to her. I can tell they truly love & care for my baby. UnfortunatelyMy daughter stayed here until she was 11 months old, I had to move her due to the Daycare not opening up at 6:30 am. Upon moving her to another daycare and her staying for only about Five months I realize that there is NO place like Kindercare. She would sit and be isolated at her previous daycare And believe me she is not a quiet child. I immediately contacted the director to see if they had a room in the toddler room & after a short wait they made some room for my girl. And although I had to switch shifts in order for her to come back. This daycare & ALL of the workers make it so worth it. The staff is amazing, Patient, Nurturing, & also very understanding to my daughter‘s very unique diet. You’ve Hired amazing people to care for our children. Thank you
