We unenrolled our son from this KinderCare because every single day he would cry and scream about going to school. He consistently expressed that he did not like his teachers and clearly did not feel comfortable or safe in that environment. As parents, we knew it was important to listen to him and accept that this facility was simply not a good fit. Since leaving KinderCare, our son now attends a completely different daycare (not affiliated with KinderCare at all), and the difference has been night and day. He absolutely loves going to school now, is thriving, and is learning so much. That alone confirmed we made the right decision. The second major reason we unenrolled was due to ongoing billing issues. We repeatedly experienced incorrect billing, and despite multiple calls and attempts to resolve the problem, no one was able to adequately help. To this day, we are still receiving calls from collections for an overbilling issue caused by KinderCare. Every time we reach out, we’re told it will be fixed, and it never is. Overall, I do not recommend this campus. Between the emotional distress it caused our child and the ongoing billing and collections headache, it has been an extremely frustrating experience.

This was my first experience using daycare, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. After many transitions, this daycare truly feels like home. Under Tara’s leadership, it’s clear how much care and heart goes into everything they do. My baby loves Miss Angela, who has watched him grow from 3 months into a toddler. He also loves saying good morning to Miss Erika and always tries to stay in her classroom—even though he’s not quite big enough yet, which is the sweetest thing. Aww. 💓 I truly appreciate the thoughtful pickup updates from Miss Jackie and how attentive she is, even noticing new words he learns at home. I feel completely reassured bringing my baby here, knowing he is happy, safe, and genuinely cared for every day.

My son is absolutely flourishing here! We had to move him to a daycare closer to my job so I could pick him up, and I am so glad we picked KinderCare on Bell Shoals. He has become more vocal, he doesn't cling to me when I leave like he did at his previous daycare, he is a much happier boy, and I get live updates throughout the day. Ms. Erica and Ms. Angela are super sweet and loving. They make sure to let me know about everything that happens. The director, Mrs. Tara, is very personal and attentive. I'm not used to having a director like that. The staff feel like family and they really CARE about the children.

My son loved this daycare; however, I ultimately had to withdraw him due to ongoing disorganization within leadership, issues with funding, and repeated rate changes. Now, six months later, I am still dealing with unresolved issues on my account that date back to July. During this discrepancy from July, the facility also lost its Gold Seal funding. While I was waiting for documentation from that time period to be corrected and faxed, the loss of funding caused my rate to increase. Throughout this process, I was given conflicting information. One director and an assistant director advised me to continue paying my original rate and assured me they would handle everything internally. Unfortunately, that has never proven to be the case. This facility operates on a rotating schedule with different directors. I have continuously spoken with Ms. Teresa, Ms. Ari, Ms. Judi, and Ms. Tara regarding this matter. Most recently, on Friday, January 23, I went to the facility and spoke with Ms. Tara, as well as her supervisor over the phone. At that time, they acknowledged the discrepancy, stated it was “fixed,” and confirmed that I should not experience this issue again. I was reassured that everything was resolved and was even wished well, only to be told the following Tuesday that the situation would need to be reversed. While I understand that mistakes can happen, what is most frustrating is that every director and assistant director I mentioned acknowledged the error and stated it would be corrected—yet it never was. Their supervisor also acknowledged the issue. I have since reached out to support and was given a 48-hour window in which the district lead was supposed to contact me. That window has passed, and I have still not heard back. Overall, this company appears to be highly disorganized, with a revolving door of directors and teachers, and a continued lack of accountability.

This has been my first experience with daycare for my daughter, and what a wonderful experience it has been. Although initially nervous about... well, everything involved when I first enrolled her here, the staff have just been downright amazing, constantly helpful, and extremely adaptive and willing to work with us despite having some atypical circumstances and a somewhat inconsistent schedule. My daughter is excited to go to school here just about every single day, and I always feel confident that she is going to safe and well cared-for every morning when I drop here off. Outstanding people, outstanding facility, outstanding experience.
