I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank the two amazing employees from your company who visited my workplace today. Despite us being a little understaffed and busy, they remained incredibly professional, polite, and understanding throughout the entire interaction. What truly stood out to me was their kindness and support. After a less-than-positive experience with others who unfairly criticized me online, these two women went out of their way to leave a positive and uplifting review about their visit. That kind of character and empathy goes a long way, and I’m so grateful for it. These two ladies were phenomenal, and their service reflects the kind of people any company would be lucky to have. Thank you again – and if you haven’t already, check out the review they left. It meant the world to me. Thanks again to Casey and flo if you’re ever back in town, please stop by and ask for me monyca
I LOVE this center! Ms. Casey, Ms. AK, and all the other teachers are great! My daughter has been going here since she was 5 months old and she is now 6. They really care for the kids and communicate well with parents.
I absolutely love this daycare for my two kids! The kids love going! They talk about how great their day was everyday. The staff always involves me in everything such as calling me if anything has happened. Even if it’s minor they always inform me. I like the fact they learn in this daycare. My son speaks so well now. My kids have been there for almost 3 years. This is the best daycare that I have encountered. I feel very comfortable & I know my babies are safe. I highly recommend this facility for any family looking for child care !
Both my children went here and this isn’t our first center . My oldest was bullied by school agers and the teachers in there . When I brought it up they didn’t care and blamed my daughter . My daughter had never been uncontrollable or rude or even a bully . Until she went here . No problems with school , but the center tried to “warn” them of her “issues and behavior” . My youngest became rude and snappy because she was being hit and bullied as well . Only good thing for her is she learned to write and spell . Teacher was good “Ms J” . As for Akira , the assistant director , she threw my child on the floor and there’s no cameras so no charge . I’m glad to know Kindercare believes my child is a liar . As for Casey , the director, she doesn’t care about how you feel as a parent . It’s her way or no way . My story for my child will be heard .
My son loves it! We had a really tough time transitioning from our previous provider, which close abruptly in April of 2022. My son is 4 and he’s always talking about Ms. Casey this or Ms. AK that. It’s nice to see a daycare that actually cares about the kids. Can’t wait to see how the summer program goes since Covid restrictions have been lifted!
