What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise the staff and teachers at this KinderCare location, highlighting their kindness, engagement, and dedication to child development. The center uses an interactive app for daily updates and offers reasonably competitive pricing. One parent noted staff turnover as an industry-wide challenge but acknowledged management has improved this situation.
A previous review I posted about this experience was removed. I am reposting to ensure parents have access to honest feedback when making decisions about their children’s care. Due to documented safety considerations involving my child, my son ultimately had to be removed from this daycare. Despite this context, a teacher took a picture of my infant without my consent and shared it with an unauthorized third party. This was deeply concerning and inappropriate, especially given the circumstances. When I raised these concerns, management did not handle the situation professionally. I felt dismissed rather than supported, and there was no clear acknowledgment of the seriousness of the safety issue. Parents, please be aware and make sure your child’s well-being is respected before trusting this daycare.
Everyone here is amazing from the teachers to the directors!! Thank you all for your kindness and patience ☺️ I also love the app that the centers uses it’s very interactive and informative. I look forward to daily updates and pictures regarding my little one throughout the day.
They have the absolute best teachers. Special shout out to Candyce, Tina, Zuhey, Holly, and Portia for caring for our kiddos for years and being so kind and helping shape our 3 little ones into smart cookies! Impressed with all the engaging curriculum and everyone is so welcoming. I know there can be challenges with staff turnover, but that's really at pretty much all daycares you're gonna find. And the current management at this location seems to have a handle on it now. Maybe if the top senior executives and CEOs sacrificed some of their million dollar salaries to raise wages and benefits and stopped trying to squeeze out every penny by maxing enrollment at all costs, we wouldn't have staff turnover problems, but that's what happens when private equity controls most daycares around. Ok I'll get off my soap box. This is a great daycare. It really comes down to the staff that are interacting with your kids in these formidable years, and this location has the best teachers - I trust them and love them.
My son has went here since he was 3 months old. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. No matter where I have moved in Jax, I’ve kept him here because I can trust them with my child while I’m at work and they’ve shown that since he was just a baby. He is 4 now. The teachers are personable and kind. I will say they have issues with staffing but I believe that is an issue everywhere and something out of their control. Despite that, they’ve done their best to keep everything running smoothly and providing the best care for my little one when I need it. It is also reasonably priced compared to other daycares.
My daughter has been in this Kinder Care location since she was 9 months old. She is now 5 and about to start Kindergarten in august. All the caring teachers she had from Ms Holly , Ms Jada, Ms Tina, Ms Mikaela, Ms Candyce, Ms Tia, Ms Theresa, Ms Shavonne and her Summer program teachers. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for my Daughter.
