We're very happy with Malvern KinderCare. They've done a great job with our two young girls. Mary Beth as the director is a first class leader and communicator. Ms. Malia does great work in the toddler room and we are impressed with our daughter's advancement in all skills. Ms. Daria is a caring and nurturing leader of the infant room. Our infant is great hands during the day.

My brother and sister have been going here. It took our mother such a long time to find a daycare that she could trust and know that the kids were receiving the same care and quality of care that they would receive with her being home. They really treat kids with the almost love and care. My little sister came to the daycare with several health issues and being a preemie and now when my mom drops the kids off they go in smiling. Such a great School I would recommend it hands down!

My daughter, husband and I love KinderCare in Malvern! From the director, Mary Beth to each teacher (Ms. Steph, Ms. Cassidy, Ms. Malia, Ms. Daria, Ms. Olessia) , we have felt how much care and attention they give her. She started in the infant room at 10 weeks and each teacher has made sure our schedule of naps and feelings were spot on! She has learned so much in the 1-2yr old room with Ms. Steph and I cannot say enough great things about her! She strives to make sure any request I have is met, she is an excellent communicator and makes sure we get to see tons of photos of our daughter enjoying the projects, games and activities each day. She does a great job with helping potty train too! I can absolutely feel the love she gives my daughter and I’m so grateful!

This establishment is OK as far as looking after your child/ children, however their staff over step their legal and moral boundaries and obligations towards a fair and impartial safe environment when it comes to matters of parents that are no longer together. I was going through a High Court custody battle with my ex partner and the deputy center Director agreed to be a witness for my Ex during the Trial. I sent a copy of the witness statements to them showing that the deputy director was being called as a witness. Even though they know nothing at all about either of us, as parents and nothing about the custody trial. This was not as a character witness but to be put on the stand to testify for them and against me. I raised this issue with the center director and after weeks and months of chasing i was fobbed off to their head office. Again i spent countless hours chasing their head office for an update only to be told that they would not discuss it with me. Ever since then they have refused to return any of my calls and emails and have completely ignored me. The behavior of the person concerned, the staff at this place and the response from the corporate offices has been absolutely disgusting, a blatant breach of ethical conduct and also a blatant breach of my parent/ teacher confidentiality. Whatever you do AVOID this place at all costs. It is totally disgusting and unacceptable that a teacher will take the witness stand and testify for and against one parent or another. My child was never in any danger whatsoever so they over stepped their involvement in a straight forward custody battle that did not involve any abuse, neglect or misconduct. I highly recommend that you DO NOT send your child to this school or its affiliates unless you have a flagrant disregard for your own rights and confidentiality as a parent
