We spent the last 9 years sending our kiddos to North Arlington Heights KinderCare, and our youngest just left to go to Kindergarten. Our kids could be very challenging at times, but these teachers took the time and worked through all kinds of developmentally appropriate situations with the kind of patience not many people have. It was fun to see our kids learn new things, and we really enjoyed all the fun extra activities that are planned throughout the year. We are so sad to say goodbye to the wonderful teachers who have taken care of and loved our children like they are their own.
I highly recommend north arlington heights kindercare. When I was looking for a daycare for my oldest child, during the pandemic and as a 1st time mom, Jackie and staff were so helpful, communictive and reassuring with any questions and polices to follow to keep all kids safe and healthy. Now I have two kids at this kindercare and have seen growth and progress in both of their developments. The staff is so friendly and answers any questions that I may have. I also love that I can keep up with how my kids are doing throughout the day with the app (and that the staff is great with updates). I couldn't be happier with the daycare my kids are at.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at KinderCare. The office staff was professional and always welcoming. The toddler room teachers were caring, friendly, creative, communicative, and they did a wonderful job taking care of our little guy. Our little guy enjoyed going to daycare and was excited to be a part of all of the group activities and crafts that the teachers would put together. His language skills quickly developed and he learned how to socialize and share. They also have some fun family activities. We were able to attend the holiday fest. Overall, my husband and I highly recommend KinderCare of North Arlington Heights.
Our third kid has been at kindercare since he was a baby, 3 years ago, and we have had no issues. It is clean and the staff are friendly. They know everyone's names even if the kids are in different rooms. There are always activities planned for kids and parents, and the summer program is always a hit for them. I wouldn't hesitate to send my kid there.
Our family loves North Arlington Heights Kindercare. The administrators and staff are excellent in caring for the children, supporting the parents, and maintaining a nurturing facility. When we looked for childcare for our two sons we were moving into town from out of state. North Arlington Heights Kindercare was from the get-go responsive and reliable, clear in their communication, and very dedicated to childcare. We love the retention they have with their staff and our sons love their teachers. We feel very reassured we are receiving the best academic and safest socialization for childcare in the NW suburbs. It’s been a joy to work with North Arlington Heights Kindercare and I would highly recommend them.
