The staff at this daycare are welcoming and truly amazing. My children have learned so much and genuinely enjoy their time here. Since enrolling, we’ve seen wonderful growth both socially and academically. The director and assistant director are always available and supportive, making families feel valued and cared for. I highly recommend enrolling your children at this daycare.
I would not recommend this daycare for any child. There is a staff member named Sam (or Samantha) who brings my niece into the facility, despite the fact that my niece is not a registered child at this daycare. This is extremely troubling. I've heard multiple disturbing accounts involving this individual. Allegedly, Sam has hit my niece, and even used marijuana in her presence. While cannabis use is legal in Illinois, it is absolutely inappropriate and dangerous to expose a child to drug use—especially in a daycare setting where professional conduct should be paramount. Beyond the concerns for my niece’s safety and wellbeing, this behavior suggests broader violations of daycare licensing rules and standards. If these claims are true, this individual may be endangering children and violating state laws and policies. As someone who works in HR, I also take issue with her reportedly leaving the daycare premises while still on the clock, including showing up at my sister’s home attempting to start a physical altercation—again, during work hours. This is a clear case of time theft and unacceptable conduct in any workplace, let alone one that cares for children. I urge the daycare management and relevant authorities to conduct a full investigation into this situation. No parent should have to worry that their child is being left in the care of someone who disregards safety, professionalism, and the law. Please think about your children and what foundations you want for them.
My son went to this kindergarten only once for a trial day. 1.Their toilets are very poorly cleaned. When you enter a room where children are playing, you hear a strong smell from the toilet, even if the door is closed. This situation in every room! It is not normal. If even in large shopping centers, where a large flow of people maintain cleanliness and the complete absence of unpleasant odors, then in kindergarten this must be observed too! 2.The toys have not been updated for a long time, an unpleasant impression was created. Its all very old… 3.They also promised to send me an e-mail link to establish application on the phone, through which I can watch how my son spent time in kindergarten (photo or video), but no one sent anything. We also agreed with the manager that he would send me an email through which I could enroll my son in kindergarten and I did not receive any emails. 4. When I entered the room, the sanitizer was standing on the children's table, where the child can easily take it and the caregivers did not control it. It's not safe. Children can get in their eyes or taste it... All workers are very smiling and polite, but managers definitely need to pay a lot of attention to cleanliness in toilets and communication via email.
This daycare has been nothing but amazing to my children and I for the last 3 months. My son was diagnosed with diabetes type 1, I spent 3 weeks calling and calling different daycare in different towns hoping someone would help my son and I, and it was always the same answer. That they had no experience or were certified. But Kinder care was the only daycare that said yes to me since the moment I called. All the staff was willing to take a class on zoom with the nurse and I. All the staff was so welcoming and so friendly since the moment we stepped foot into the daycare, I cannot thank Miss Mayra & Miss Andrea who take daily care of both of my children & ofcourse of Jj the director who is always on top of things and always makes sure to call me with an questions or concerns . Thank you to all the rest of the staff who has been amazing and super friendly to my family and I.
I’m so in love with this day care !!!! Since day one we felt comfortable here. My daughter loves everyone there too. She’s one and when we drop her off, she reaches her arms out for the staff. They all are so caring and sweet and good with the kids. Best choice for a day care !! They also participate in the government assistance program that helps pay for day care.
