We were only there for a short time while awaiting our transfer, but the experience was truly wonderful. Every staff member and family we met was so friendly and supportive. My little one learned so much in such a short time and came home excited each day to share what he experienced. It was such a positive, well-structured, and family-centered environment. We are deeply grateful to the staff, administrators, and families who touched our lives—thank you!

The best, most wonderful place in the world. I feel guilty for how much they teach my 2 year old, they've given us the best work/life balance.

My son has been at this KinderCare for the past 2 years. I love the Director and Site Director! They both always kept us in the loop and notified us of any changes. Their teachers are amazing! His teachers always kept us up to speed on how he was doing and were always available to answer our questions. When my son was in speech therapy, they found a way to do it at the school and were able to accommodate so he had the space to do it. Words can't express the love and gratitude we have for our Farmington KinderCare!!

Both of our boys—ages 5 and 3—attend Farmington KinderCare, and both started during the pandemic. The team led by Center Director Juanita and Assistant Director Karla has been nothing short of amazing. Every teacher and caregiver truly loves our boys and makes them feel seen, appreciated, and supported. We enrolled both kids in the phonics program, and it’s been incredible to watch our eldest begin to read and write with confidence. He’s starting Kindergarten this fall, and while we’re excited for this next chapter, he’s already talking about how much he’ll miss his teachers and friends—which says everything about the care and connection he’s experienced here. Karla is always available, responsive, and ready to help with anything we need, and Juanita sets the tone for a warm, welcoming, and well-run center. We didn’t know what to expect when we first sent our kids to daycare, but now we honestly can’t imagine them going anywhere else.

My daughter enjoys the school and the staff is very polite. I have, however, had some issues with this location specifically which are my reason for dropping a couple of stars. My daughter was told to wait thirty minutes to use the restroom, which we know can lead to infection and/or accidents. When I brought it up to the staff they informed me they don’t allow bathroom breaks during nap time. That’s not a good enough reason to tell a child to wait thirty minutes. The first week they were persistent in making sure I provided a mask (even when she’d come home without it) and then I’d see in the photos that other children weren’t wearing their masks. They don’t allow my daughter to have her stuffed animal during nap time, which she uses for comfort because of some emotional attachment we’ve been working through. Lastly, after closing the center for ten days (rightfully so due to COVID) I brought her back and they requested she be seen by a doctor for her cough. Although I knew it was due to the weather change since we recently moved from California, I was happy to take her in anyway. After the doctors visit I provided the staff with her negative test results and informed them of what the doctor advised and that she was allowed to return to care. The staff then told me I needed a doctors note. They certainly could have mentioned that prior to the visit. Maybe consider going elsewhere since this company costs nearly the same as rent and continues to find reasons to keep the children at home. I know they believe they’re just doing their jobs but it makes things much more difficult on me as a single parent, new to the area, and still looking for work. I hope this is helpful to anyone looking for care.
