Kindercare At University Circle

I cannot say enough great things about this daycare! We started sending our daughter here when she was just 3 months old and have had the best experience. We were super nervous new parents, and the staff here always answered all of our crazy questions very quickly, followed our baby’s schedule exactly, provided updates and pictures through the day, and took the time to know our daughter. Everyone that works here knows her by name which made the transition to work feel much better since we knew they all cared about her. Developmentally and socially she has grown so much since we started and I think that is due to the staff and the fun activities they plan everyday. Highly recommend!

I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff and teachers, especially Ms. Chantal, Ms. Johna, Ms. Aretha, Ms. M, and Ms. Shirley. Due to our work, we came to the U.S. for the first time, and our son spent six months here. During this time, he went from knowing almost no English to now understanding and speaking it quite well. Beyond what he has learned, the warm environment and the fact that everyone here is happy and smiling had a positive impact on him. He also loves his friends very much. We are truly happy that our paths crossed with this place.Especially for families coming temporarily from abroad, this is a place where they can entrust their children with complete peace of mind.

Mrs. Val, Mrs. Erica, and Mrs.Amy....I call them the big three. They are a dynamic trio. You would think that like most daycare centers, it would be mainly about crowd control until pick up. But not here. All the staff work hand and hand to ensure everything is of quality. They know the students by name, and their temperaments. My daughter loves going to school. Even though you doesn’t get her way with things, they still acknowledge her feelings. The progress she has made since she started in October to now is amazing. She knows Spanish, facts about different cultures, environments, monumental leaders and more. Though this is a facility, the staff here still adapts their teaching to your child. I will forever appreciate them.

They start off taking county vouchers and now they don't!!!! With rate at 350 a Week for toddlers😳They are closed minded to the poverty families who help build them. Years ago, before Cleveland expanded, it was the lower working class families whom gave them business. Who they turn away now. It's disgusting and antagonism towards the community around it.We're not all Doctors and nurses, employed by Cleveland Clinic. Some of us are still students working towards our careers. Thanks for the Support.

We live close by and work close by as well, needed sustainable childcare for my kiddos but they stopped taking vouchers at this location…. Sad to see those of us who live near by can’t attend because of Cleveland’s gentrification happening..
