Kindercare At Duke St

My daughter has been going to this KinderCare since September. Although Covid has limited parents from going inside, I can tell that she loves it! She goes to school happy and comes home happy. The staff have always been friendly anytime I interact with them, and I can tell they love my daughter!

We recently moved and my husband and me miss this daycare so much. All the staff have been so warm and loving to our 2 children. Our toddler thrived here and loved coming to school. Wonderful staff. Very effective curriculums.

Duke KinderCare, is an absolutely great daycare. The staff is super friendly. They are very understanding. They have reasonable hours starting from 6:30 to 6. Which is amazing when parents start at 7 a.m. they have a weekly game for the parents to play. To which you can win prizes. They have a suggestion box for any parents to give any suggestions to make the daycare better. It's absolutely amazing. It's clean and my daughter loves it. They take children to the bathroom every 30 minutes. Which is wonderful for the little ones especially if they're potty training.

My son started going to this school about 2 weeks ago, after leaving school due to several complains of my child misbehaving even tho he has 2 baby sister with no incident, now my child comes home with new words, assures us he loves us and talks about how much he like his new school. i hope the school see this because you have great educators and the 4yo teachers are awesome. GREAT SCHOOL

Very unprofessional and very poor communication. I had to rescheduled our virtual tour appointment because my husband's schedule had changed (he's a professor at a university) and Casey, the School Director did not respond. I had to reach out again and she responded this time and said she was busy and choose another day/time that did not work well for us. I asked for her availability so we can align our schedules but she never responded. I even followed up but no response again! I told him my husband if he's still interested to give them a call because I was done. He called and was able to schedule some time BUT they never sent out the virtual tour link. He called a few hours before the meeting to confirm and they asked if we can do it the next day (so basically they "canceled" the appointment on their end without even informing us). We asked them to send the virtual tour link and they said they would send it. Of course they did NOT send the link and ignored our calls and previous emails. So, it's pretty obvious they did not want to give us a tour and did not want us there. Honestly, I thought a Director would be more considerate and understanding but she couldn't care less! You should not trust your kids being here at all. The teachers may be good but the Director is terrible! We wanted to give this place a shot because they were close by and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they have proven they are just horrible! DON'T GO HERE! I would LOVE a response but unfortunately, I will not get one. Just beware!
