Our infant son loves being dropped off for school and gets so excited to see his teachers. We feel so comfortable leaving him at this KinderCare when we need to work. They keep detailed notes of activities and are responsive to messages during the work day.

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location! My daughter has been attending for about 3 years and has LOVED every classroom she’s been in and every teacher that she’s had! Her absolute favorite teachers have been Ms Kayleen and Ms Maha. She talks about them every day, tells me she misses them, and even invited both to her birthday party this year! My daughter also tells me that she prefers Mr Harley’s food over the food we make at home haha! Kathy (the owner) has been absolutely wonderful to work and communicate with. Carisa (at the front desk) is always welcoming and so helpful if/when there is anything we need help with. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! We love this KinderCare and their amazing staff!

Hands down the best Childcare Center in the area. I have been a parent at this center for over 5 years. My infant has thrived in the infant classroom and has a great bond with her teachers. She feels safe and happy at drop off, and is always interacting and having a blast when I pick her up. The directors do a great job at informing families via email or the app when illnesses are going around (which is 100% normal bringing children together.) Due to their diligence with trying to prevent spreading of illnesses my almost one year old was safe from catching high-contagious viruses like pink eye and hand foot and mouth. Couldn’t be happier with the care they provide for my littles.

Kindercare Harbour Pointe was my number 1 choice when I decided to go back to work. I did a tour with Kathy the director and she was so sweet and very informative. My son has been going for a few weeks now and he loves Ms. Rachel! She is the best and I love the updates we get throughout the day. I feel at ease knowing he is in Ms. Rachels care!! Ms. Rachel is easy to talk to, she knows how close I am with my son so her updates are a plus. Ms. Hannah is also amazing! She always is so sweet to my son. Kathy is also very communicative which I love. We also love seeing Carisa in the front every morning! She made enrollment very easy! Thank you so much ladies for making this transition so amazing for us!!

We reached out to ask about openings for my son and included some issues we had with some mental delays with my son. The director reached out via email asking for some clarification about it and once I responded she called me to tell me they had openings and would be able to take him. We went to the tour and were turned away right away being told they would not be able to accommodate him. I tried calling back to speech directly with the director, Kathy, since I had been emailing with her and she knew everything before hand, and she dodged the phone call and has yet to call me back. I’d never recommend wasting time with this facility.
