Kindercare #1546

This center is in need of a cultural overhaul. We ultimately pulled our son due to the high turnover rate in the teachers and the lack of care & action from district leadership. Never did I feel our son was in an unsafe environment (I wanted to make that clear), there were just some glaring operational and support issues. For example: We didn’t even take our son on his first day of enrollment because we never even received a phone call that he was accepted. I didn’t get a door code until 5 month in. Towards the end, I sent a message about withdrawing our son from the enrollment that did not even get a response for two weeks (presumably when they realized we pulled our autopay information from the pay portal). I truly hope the center gets a leader that cares about the employees and children equally.

Lewis Center KinderCare truly feels like a second family to us. With my son now 10 and my two daughters aged 6 and 3, we have been part of this wonderful community since January 2023. The staff and teachers show such dedication and respect, creating a nurturing environment for every child. Each teacher is exceptional, treating our children with the same care and love as if they were their own. We have always felt heard and supported, as they are incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. Our family couldn't be happier with our decision to choose KinderCare; it has made such a positive impact on our lives. Love The Potter Family

love this center. all the teachers are great. I never receive emails asking to come get my son early due to staffing. my son is 4, he went here when he was younger, we moved, now we're back. atm it's 25 minutes out of the way and there's a closer kindercare, but to me it's worth the drive.

The director is always available and helpful and very kind to my daughter. Teachers are well prepared and have a positive impact on my daughter's education. Teachers are also very helpful and my daughter loves them. I couldn't pick a better place for my daughter's education! Highly recommended.

Our daughter has been at KinderCare on Neverland since she was 5 months old and we quickly understood why it was so highly recommended by one of our friends. As first time parents, we felt at ease right away - these teachers love the children and care for them like they are their own (and we know it for sure since my daughter is in the same class as a few of their daughters!). Our daughter has flourished and we always get comments about how she’s very advanced for her age (she’s 3) - she has been able to recognize and recite her alphabet since before she was 2, can count to 30, knows 1-10 in Spanish, etc - and I believe it has been a huge thanks to this amazing team of teachers. Ms. Ayanna was a huge help in transitioning Ellie to toddlers and was always there to greet us in the morning to help her with her separation anxiety. Ms. Shirin and Ms. Teresa - they are literally her “other mamas” and we have been so lucky to have had them as both her infant teachers AND her toddler teachers. They have really helped Ellie develop a love for learning, have definitely been crucial in the potty training era, and have helped guide us as parents in general. Now she is with Ms. Marcia and Ms. SB and we continue to be so pleased with the progress she’s making both academically and socially. Tricia (the director) and Katie are always easy to access, so approachable, and have been so helpful - I love that they are truly involved and really know every single child. Even the other staff members who aren’t directly Ellie’s teachers - Ms. Sherry, Ms. Celia, Ms. Caitlynn, Ms. Kiara, Ms. Katherine and anyone else who I can’t think of at the top of my head right now - are all so wonderful! We love them all! It really takes a village, and we are so happy to be a part of this one ❤️
