What Parents Say
KinderCare #1305 in Silverdale receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents who praise the caring staff, educational activities, cleanliness, and daily communication via app and photos. However, one neighbor reported observing staff yelling at and swearing at children during outdoor play, which contrasts sharply with the positive parent experiences.
This place is very unsafe. My son is 2 years old, right now he’s in a running away stage as a lot of toddlers are. They sent him home on several occasions for it which I tried to be understanding about. However when he got out into the STREET they wanted to tell me how unsafe that was and yada yada. You’re right how did my 2 year old get all the way to the street. Well according to some of the teachers who worked there and some that used to their gate lock was broken. I never received an incident report on this and they tried telling me that if he continued to run he may have to be out for a few days. This is just ONE of the problems I had at this facility. I would not recommend taking your children here. At all.
My son has been going to Silverdale Kinder care for almost three years. I highly recommend this daycare out of any in our area. The Staff is absolutely amazing. Its clean and they have a great safety system as well. I love connecting through the Kinder care app! Keeping updated on what he eats, when he sleeps and seeing adorable pictures throughout my day is very reassuring. They keep you in the loop about new things their learning each day. They are very trustworthy and overall an amazing daycare I recommend them to anyone . If your a new mom worried about finding the perfect daycare The Silverdale kinder care has you covered. I wouldn't trust anyone else! Thank you so much staff i really appreciate your hard work :)
I have been using KinderCare for about 3 months (pre-k program) and I am very pleased with the services. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. They always greet my child and he looks forward to going everyday. I love they daily logs, pictures, videos they provide of my child via their portal. In the 3 months my child has learned so much compared to his last daycare (military CDC). I always get positive feedback on my child's behavior. Our experience has been positive. Negatives - The price ($1250) compared to military ($625). The little ones (toddlers) need to be watched more closely when on the playground. Must pay extra for specialized programs.
My daughter was in the infant room with Ms. Steph and Ms. Athena and then in the toddler A class for a couple of weeks with Ms. Emily! All three teachers deserve 5 stars! 10/10 do recommend! The infants were always doing hands on activists. Either art, sensory AND they went outside (super awesome and brave of the teachers to take infants outside haha) My favorite part of the day was picking my girl up and seeing how happy she was. I’d get updates about her day with a paper daily AND they have an app!! Super awesome because you can email/ send messages to the teachers and management! They send pictures through out the day as well! Made my day a little brighter!
Only reason I'm giving a star at all is because my son has had excellent teachers here willing to talk to you about behaviors amd concerns otherwise this place is so awful. NEVER staffed properly so screw you if you have to work and the child's other parent had to work because they will just refuse a child. They also like to get your kid in a classroom just long enough to adjust and then be torn from it to another classroom WITHOUT telling the parents. They also don't even keep the kids in the proper classroom to keep them in a routine they get switched up and mixed around. They lose your kids stuff I am not well enough to afford the expensive water shoes and swimsuit I brought him here in, and they switch him classrooms so much that they misplace his things. Even if he has supplies such as diapers amd wipes they use whatever is convenient to them bc I've picked up my son in the wrong sized diapers, random diapers that neither me or his father bought for him. It's just so frustrating. No communication.
