I had a wonderful experience working with McKenzie, the director at KinderCare. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcomed and supported. McKenzie is warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring. It’s clear she truly cares about the families and staff at the center. Highly recommend!

We have been here for almost 1 year now, and we love it! The management is amazing, McKenzie the assistant director is always on top of things and great with parent communication, and helpful we needed. Always positive and overall a great environment. We come in every morning super excited, and she is very cheerful and happy to see all of us. McKenzie is very kind and super welcoming! We love the environment and the management is amazing!

My son attends daycare here, and after being a SAHM for his first two years of life this was a difficult and scary transition for me and my child. The staff here were extremely helpful and accommodating and helped me get him a spot in less than two weeks! My son has grown socially and emotionally since coming here. I really love all of the teachers and they are amazing with my little boy. I feel good about my son being here because I know he is safe and well cared for while I am working. They also have a great app and send me photos and updates throughout the day so whenever I get separation anxiety I can check in to see how he is doing and what he is up to. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been at this Kindercare for about a year. We have been very happy there. The teachers are excellent. Teachers and management there are effective at communicating simple things, like when I need to bring more diapers, as well as more complex things like developmental changes, things my daughter is struggling with, etc. They use an app to deliver updates throughout the day, which is delightful and helpful. It's easy to know what my daughter's day was like, and if we'll need to do something like adjust her bedtime based on her nap at school. It has a safe place to leave the bike trailer I use to haul my daughter to school when the weather is nice. The outdoor play area has plenty of toys, and the kids get to spend a lot of time outside. Altogether, I think it's a great facility.

I cannot express how wonderful Kindercare at Oakmont has been with our sweet little girl. We started when the little one was 8 months old and have been there for about a year. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, management, and facility. Amber, the director, is responsive, professional, and has an excellent understanding of child development. They worked with her on gross motor and helped her learn to roll from the get go! Their hours are excellent (6am-6:30pm) and accommodate our long work days. They have been very careful during the time of COVID19, often changing the check in process to accommodate new recommendations.... and they email us ahead of time so we know what the process is! They have an excellent, easy to use app, with real time updates... like potties, meals, naps, and pictures throughout the day. She has the most wonderful teachers, particularly in the infant room. Due to covid, it's been harder to get to know her new teachers, but they send updates via the app. My daughter does not even cry at drop off! The grounds are clean, the rooms are safe/ appropriate per age, and the playground has plenty of toys for the toddlers. The infant room was chock full of toys and they accommodated her milk protein soy intolerance without difficulty (and that says a lot!). Hands down, highly recommend this daycare.
