My daughter has attended KinderCare for over 3 years and we have had a wonderful experience. The teachers are so loving, kind, and professional. As a baby, I always knew she was in good hands and well taken care of. As a toddler, she looks forward to school every day. Her days are full of educational activities and I am constantly impressed with how much she learns each day. The office staff are always courteous, professional, and prompt with their replies. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going here since she was 6 months and she started during the pandemic. She is 4 now and everyone here is literally so nice and warm. We have never had any big issues and anything small that happened, was handled swiftly and with our family in mind. Every teacher at this center greets you as you come and go and my daughter has nothing but amazing things to say about every teacher. My daughter is so smart and has the best social skills and KinderCare has a direct effect on her amazing progress. Ms. Katlin is literally the best teacher! I refer everyone to this school every chance I get!

This center is not the most impressive when you tour the facility, but that’s not what makes this center special. The classrooms are well stocked and the educational and creative activities they do each day continue to engage my child in learning. We receive pictures and videos each day which helps us talk about the day with our child. I am grateful that they have no potty training policy as our child has been delayed in that milestone which has blocked them from other educational opportunities at this most crucial age for learning. The teachers are wonderful and the center director, Sarah, responds to all emails and questions as well as greets each child by name every morning. We have had a few issues (unrelated to school) and the open and honest communication with Sarah helped us figure out a solution and feel confident returning to school.

I understand running a daycare has its challenges. There are certain things (like sickness) that are unavoidable in most scenarios. However, we sent our son to kindercare for a total of 6 days between 2 weeks and below are a few of the things we experienced: - lack of organization from a facility level. Nobody reaching out prior to day 1 with instructions on how to enter, who to talk to, where to go, what to bring, etc. - on day 1 arrival, nobody present to tell us where to go, our son wasn't on any list, teachers didn't know where I should drop him off, it took quite a while and a lot of asking around for someone to greet us, look at paperwork to figure out where he should be and to show us to the room as if there was no record he was supposed to be there - As mentioned, sickness happens and is unavoidable. However, as a facility there has to be rules in place to limit sickness and those rules need to he enforced. On our sons first day, his teacher openly stated she brought her sick son downstairs from the toddler room and "tried to quarantine him but couldn't". So instead he spent the afternoon in the infant room while he wasn't feeling well (which my son then proceeded to get covid on his 3rd day there). As for the staff, I also understand that caring for multiple babies is a challenging job. However, there is a baseline of friendliness, kindness and caring that should be expected of ANY working professional. But in the childcare industry specifically there should a certain level of caring involved (even if it's minimal) that allows parents to feel comfortable to walk out the door and leave their child behind. Below are some of the things we experienced at our short time at kindercare: - nobody greeting us in his classroom during drop off, often nobody even acknowledging that my son and I entered the room. - lack of care and Empathy for our 6.5 month old during his first week. Multiple instances we asked the teachers and sought out guidance for a smoother transition. Instead of a caring, collaborative approach we were met with eye rolls, "I don't knows" and in general just a lack of interest in helping - during pick up, multiple times we were met with genuine rudeness and acting inconvenienced by him crying during the day. Crying in a new environment (especially after getting covid during his first week) is to be expected. But the hope is he is being comforted and teachers are attempting to find ways to soothe him. Never once did a teacher ask "what usually works to help soothe him" "what does he like". Instead we were told multiple times that he "hasn't stopped crying since drop off" yet only once were we notified of this If teachers are not notifying parents when their child is spending the whole day crying and not attempting to find ways to ease the transition, I don't understand how anyone would feel comfortable dropping off their child. There has to be a certain level of trust established and we began questioning the level of competence starting on day 1 and it never got better. As above, the rudeness, lack of genuine caring and affection, eye rolls, limited information provided, disorganization, lack of proactive care and unwillingness to collaborate with us as the parents is the main reason we decided to discontinue care. Again, sickness happens. And even crying at daycare your first 2 weeks happens if a child is having difficulty adjusting. But the rest is unacceptable behavior from teachers and made it impossible to trust that our son was being properly cared for in our absence. Sarah, the director, apologized for our experience but when we requested a refund for the third week that we genuinely didn't feel comfortable dropping him back off there, she has totally ghosted us and not answered multiple emails. Not even having the courtesy to respond.

We have two kids here (1year old and a 3year old). They’ve both been at KC since 3 months old. The teachers are kind, thoughtful and really communicative. The directors (Kristen and Sarah) are amazing and know just about every family that comes through the door. It’s a super clean facility and my kids (knock on wood) haven’t gotten sick as often as my colleagues whose kids go to other daycares. We had Ms.Faye, Ms. Rachel and Ms. Rowena for both kids in the infant room and they’re amazing. Our 3.5 year old is with Ms Nicolette, Ms Kelly and Ms Kaitlyn some days now and they all are amazing. Potty training with them was easy, and drop offs (often really dramatic and requires bribery) is made easier because our toddler really loves her teachers. Can’t recommend enough. Plus you don’t have to bring diapers or wipes!
