I seriously don’t know what I would do without KinderCare, Mr. Leslie and His team, he only hires teachers that truly care and are good with kids. They treat my babies like their own. I’m a working mom with three babies So my life can be very stressful and busy but KinderCare Definitely makes my life more of a breeze.! I know my kids can be a handful, but that doesn’t stop the center from treating them with so much love! They have been going For more than two years and I wouldn’t want them anywhere else.
Since 2021 My experience with KinderCare has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is warm, patient, and genuinely cares about every child especially mr Ritea Acosta my kids love him and see why, From day one my child felt safe, happy, and excited to come in each morning. I love how they combine fun, hands on activities with early learning so the kids are always engaged and growing. The facility is secure, and well-organized, and the communication with parents is excellent KinderCare truly feels like a second home for my kids and I’m so thankful for the positive, nurturing environment they provide
I love this kindercare location. That staff is wonderful and treat my children with great care since they were babies. If I ever have concern about my children my voice is always heard. And they always notify my right away of something is wrong.
I've had my three kids at this daycare for over two and a half years now, and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely loving toward the children. It's clear they prioritize both safety and fun, creating a nurturing environment where my kids have truly thrived. I’ve never had a single complaint—they go above and beyond every day. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for reliable, quality care! All the teachers are amazing! It's part of life and I'm glad they are doing in this day care! Shout out to all the staff!!!! ALL!!!
* Still no calls back with any type of resolution, been 5 days now, I'll keep updating, as I WISH they would do the right thing for my daughter. At this point, I have to use my PTO to take off work to pick up and care for my kids after 3pm. Even though, I paid full tuition for this month.* I am extremely disappointed and concerned with the way my child's ongoing bullying and physical assault over the past two months has been handled by this center. Despite multiple conversations with the Center Director, Mr. Hall, I have continuously been talked over, dismissed, and assured that the issue would be addressed—yet no action or resolution has been taken to protect my child. My child continues to suffer while those in charge fail to follow through on their responsibilities. After receiving no results from Mr. Hall, I escalated the matter to the District Leader, Crystal. I was informed last week that she received my concern and would call me to discuss it. I finally heard from her today, only to be told that she “hopes” to get to it today, but it's a busy day for her—yet again, another day passes with no accountability or protection for my child. It is unacceptable that a child's safety is being treated as a low priority. I expected a safe environment and responsible leadership—both have been sorely lacking. I want to note, that when we first started at Timber Path location, our concerns were being addressed in a timely manner. However, since staff changes have occurred in May, the center has gone down hill from there. I also have complaints from my children that their new teachers are telling them to "Shut up". I have also asked multiple times for them not to call my daughter by "Cindy" when her name is Cindorella, and they continue to call her Cindy right in front of me. The center has made a sharp turn in disrespect. I used to be a HUGE advocate for this daycare center. It hurts me and my daughters to know that they don't take our complaints seriously, and try to brush it off as if its no big deal.
