My children have attended Kinder Care since November 2021. My son was early diagnosed with Autism at the age of two. The staff accepted, loved and supported my son. Great communication and unconditional support we have received from all staff and teachers. Thank you for everything you continue to do.

Even though my son is no longer there thank goodness.. i’ve seen 2 teachers outside of kindercare that used to work there and when i say they had NOTHING nice to say about this so called daycare they literally had every bad reason on to why NOT to bring your child here. My son used to get picked up with his nose runny all the time and he never has a runny nose he cried every time for drop off which hurt my heart and 1 time i walk in my son is drinking out of his bottle flat on his back, no pillow no support just hard ass floor not even on the carpet straight up tile! This place is dirty as hell and it smells all the time i haven’t been since my son left but after seeing not 1 but 2 teachers that told me the same thing BELIEVE THEM!

THIS IS BY THE WORST FACILITY I’VE BEEN TO IN TEXAS. First and foremost, it’s unprofessional, uncoordinated, and the staff is inconsistent. I’m very dissatisfied with the 3 days my son has attended this facility. Day one I advised them he’s never been to a facility before he was at a home daycare and the staff genuinely loved and cared for the kids where I’m from. I advised the staff my son is potty trained only using a pull up for naps. HE WET HIMSELF EVERYDAY FOR 3 DAYS according to staff. They would send a daily report and say my son ate food that I know he didn’t eat because I know what he eats. My son came home EXTREMELY hungry and thirsty everyday for 3 days because he wasn’t eating. Upon dropoff the look on the staff members face when we walked in was very displeasing almost as if they didn’t want to deal with him because he would cry when I left. & he did but he wasn’t used to them and the inconsistency of staff members won’t allow him to get used to them. I sent my son to daycare with 5 pull-ups for the week because he only needed one per day (which was for nap time) the 3rd day I sent him there with 4 pull-ups he came home with NO pull ups. And he had on a pull up under his boxer briefs and jeans. Not to mention the staff stated he wet his clothes outside on the playground. which is very abnormal for my son if you take him to the restroom when he says he have to go. The children should be toileted every 2 hours of not more frequently depending on the beverages offered. The director is NEVER there. And the staff members are not welcoming. This is the worst experience ever. I CRIED dropping my son off because I was scared to leave him in the care of complete strangers. They assured me he would be okay AMD HE WASNT. They don’t have cameras so you’re unable to check on your child during the day if you don’t pop up. They pretend to care about these kids and they don’t! We’re not from Texas and he’s been home with me since we moved here because I didn’t trust daycare providers considering the standards that were previously set back home. My son attended this facility for 3 days and will NOT go back. IF YOU’RE A MOTHER BEAR AS I AM … DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!! I wouldn’t give this facility a star at all but that’s not an option. DONT SEND YOUR BABIES TO THE TODDLER PROGRAM HERE ! I’m more upset with myself for going against my better judgement. Listen to your gut parents. This place is NOT THE ONE !

I like KinderCare at Wallisville very much. I feel confident that my child is safe, well looked after and learning in this daycare space. All of my 3 kids have gone to this center. I start putting them in from 6weeks old until Pre-K years. The providers/ladies always go above and beyond to care for my kids and respond to the many questions I always have. Thank you again for all the hard work put in daily for the care and learning of our babies.

My son loves going to daycare everyday. He truly enjoys the interaction with his teachers and classmates. The staff is friendly and keeps me informed of my son's day. Great school. Only downside is that the school only takes children up to 5. I'd love to keep him there.
