I can’t say enough good things about KinderCare Baytown! My son has been going there since he couldn’t even crawl, and now he’s walking thanks to all the love, patience, and support from his amazing teachers who helped him reach that milestone. It truly feels like they treat every child as their own. My daughter has been part of KinderCare since she was 3 years old. Now that she’s in school, she still loves going back whenever she’s off that says a lot about how special this place is! The staff is so caring, attentive, and dedicated. They always make sure my kids are learning, having fun, and most importantly, safe and happy. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for my children and for giving me peace of mind every day. KinderCare Baytown has truly become like family to us. ❤️
I drive down Alexander in Baytown every morning. I drive 50mph and the Kindercare bus flys past me like I’m standing still. The bus drives aggressively by switching lanes, tries to beat the light, speeds, makes sharp turns and drives while looking at her phone. I even seen this lady getting pulled over on Pruett st. by Baytown police. I feel sorry for the kids that have to ride with this lady. Will it will take a major accident and lawsuit for this to change? Kindercare please do better. I know you have a record of this driver because she was pulled over in your van. As a parent this makes me upset and it’s unacceptable. I would never have my child or anyone I know go to your daycare.
This daycare is no good. Especially if your child is non verbal or with special needs My son went there before he was diagnosed with autism. They would rudely tell me to get my son checked because he must've been dead since he did not follow simple directions. He attended their when he was 6-18 months old. Everytime I would drop him off he would cling to me crying and squeezing me trying not to go. They were doing something bad to him I know they were. I picked him up one time and a pregnant teacher was sleeping on the floor while the babies were running around. He is now in a daycare that he happily runs to the door and shows no fear. He is still non verbal and now diagnosed with autism. The trauma they could have caused if I left him in this daycare is scary. I feel so bad. Being a single mom I bipassed his signs of them neglecting him..these people mistreat kids and babies too many times. I would not send your kids to this place. And always pay attention to your children and if they are terrified to go into a daycare it's probably best you don't send them their.
We absolutely adore all of the staff at KinderCare. Our son loves coming to school every day and seeing all of his teachers. So thankful for all of the Infant A/B & Toddler staff as well as the director who have made this experience easy and enjoyable. We appreciate all they do to keep our boy happy and healthy.
My son has been going to Baytown Kindercare since he was 10 months old. He loves going and he loves his teachers and friends he’s made! The teachers and management staff are very attentive and keep me updated on anything relating to him and they all truly seem to love their jobs! Zuri and Gina have been awesome directors and will always greet you with smiles. I am glad I found a daycare that treats us like family and is also so close to my work in case of an emergency. I‘ll always recommend them!
