This is to Miss Angel and Miss Diana the daycare directors: Thank you for providing the chance for us to provide feedback. I have a lot of positive feedback. Every teacher I see greets me with a smile at pick up and drop off. All the teachers are very patient and professional at all times that I see them, even when the children are having a hard time or pushing a boundary. I love how much our daughter is learning at school and the daily videos and pictures are so appreciated and valued. The directors are always present and involved with the kids and supportive of the teachers. There is always clear communications from the teachers and directors about any and everything and I truly appreciate it. We feel like Kindercare is a home away from home and we are so grateful that our son and daughter get to experience such an amazing learning/nurturing environment. One thing I do have to say is....our daughter misses Miss Maya very much. She talks about her at home a lot. She is her favorite teacher by far! But we also understand that our daughter is growing tooooo fast and had to move up to a different class. Thank you to all of the Kindercare teachers and to Miss Angel and Miss Diana for all you do!

I’ve shared this before, and I want to say it again — Hickory Ridge KinderCare is a great daycare. The director, Miss Angel, is responsible and caring. Whenever there is an issue, they truly try to resolve it and take concerns seriously. I also want to mention Miss Ray. She is an exceptional teacher, and in my opinion, her presence is a real blessing for the children. She has great knowledge and understanding, and she knows how to interact with children in a positive and supportive way. If a child is having any difficulty, she communicates very well with parents to make sure the issue is handled in the best possible way.

As a first time mom, my son started here at 3 months old. The director and assistant director are absolutely amazing and truly care about the children and families. Anytime I’ve had a concern or question, it has been taken seriously and addressed promptly and professionally, which gives me so much peace of mind. I also want to give special recognition to Ms. Raye, Ms. Rakie, Ms. Kris who has been wonderful. They are patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows in the way they all interacts with the children and supports their growth. I’m so grateful for the positive, nurturing environment created by the leadership and teachers here.

I appreciate many aspects of this daycare, especially the professionalism of teachers like Miss Ray and the support and awareness of the directors. However, I recently had a difficult experience that I feel is important to share. My child has strong separation anxiety and specific fears, which the staff were aware of. Unfortunately, it appears that on a day when a less experienced teacher was present in the classroom, due to her lack of experience and lack of awareness of the child’s psychological and emotional needs, the situation was not handled appropriately, and this led to a setback in my child’s progress and caused him to lose his sense of trust again. I share this feedback because consistency, emotional understanding, and attention to each child’s needs are essential when working with young children.

KinderCare really treats the kids as if they were their own. The hours are great and much longer than other centers in the area. They are provide a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack daily so I don’t have to worry about packing meals for my son. We’ve had two kids in daycare here for years, and they love it.
