I am thrilled to give Kinder Care Daycare a 5-star review! From the moment we stepped through the doors, I felt confident that my child was in excellent hands. The teachers are incredibly sweet and genuinely care about the little one's development. My child has grown and learned so much in their nurturing environment. One of the standout aspects of Kinder Care is the director, Sharon. She is always attentive and proactive, making sure to listen and address any concerns we have. Her dedication to maintaining a positive atmosphere is evident in the happy faces of both children and staff. As someone who worked in childcare, I know how challenging it can be to keep staff. It’s great to see that my child doesn’t have a new teacher every few weeks. This really shows how well-established and stable the center is. Overall, Kinder Care provides a perfect blend of caring staff, enriching programs, and a supportive environment. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a reliable and nurturing daycare for their child.

BLUF - Excellent childcare from kind, caring, and engaged staff and teachers. The food quality is good, too. Just before moving, my friend highly recommended this center. After meeting with Kellie, seeing the staff, and facility, we enrolled our 2 year old son. He loves it. Every month has a theme, and days of the week have specific activities. All the teachers and staff are excellent. If I miss someone, I apologize. Ms. Yan - Teaches yoga (with meditation!), potty training!, etc. Very helpful. My son often mentions her. Ms. Danielle - Science; does interesting and fun experiments with the kids. Ms. Farzi - Works with the kids on cooking, singing, etc. Mr. Dwight - Maintenance and Cleaning; Friendly guy who keeps the place clean. Often have a good chat with him. More people interact with our son, but these are the primary people I have gotten to know. KinderCare has been extra cautious and supportive during the COVID-19 crisis. We looked at our other options in the area, and chose this one based on programs, staff, and facility. I wish I could have gone there.

First time mommy here and I was having a hard time deciding on what child care center could make me feel at ease with leaving my (now) 3 month old after being attached to her at the hip before I go back to work. The first day at KinderCare confirmed that I made the best decision! As soon as we walked thru the door, the teachers and Director greeted us with a smile and made my baby light up. Before I could turn around and tell my baby girl “bye”, the infant teacher had my Tater Tot asleep in a crib without her swaddle or sleep sack (something we were working on at home, but was slowly transitioning into). Those teachers have the magic touch to make sure that the little ones are progressing in life socially, cognitively, and emotionally. They grow up so fast, but to see how much love is poured into the little person I care about is amazing! They focus on the same things we prioritize at home, which I absolutely love. They are our “village” now!

We joined the KinderCare at Town Center family in 2004 when our oldest two children were ages 1 and almost 3. We had come from an in-home daycare where they both started as babies. Our almost 3 year old was ready for more interaction, stimulation and activity than the in-home daycare could provide for her, but we were nervous about being in a larger environment with many more children, especially for the very younger ages/babies. But when we saw how clean and cared for the baby room was, the care the teachers and staff took in keeping both babies and toddlers in a safe, clean, active, and age appropriate environment, and the plethora of activities that our 3 year old could engage in, our nerves were immediately calmed. Our older 2 children continued at KinderCare, working their way up through the various age classrooms to the school age group. Through each age and classroom, the teachers and staff were remarkable in how they helped the kids and us, as parents, transition to each room, and especially work through the various challenges, stages, and phases that each age brought with it. When they got to be school-age, KinderCare transported them to and from school which was a huge relief and help from a parental perspective to know that they had a safe way to get to and from school, and a seamless transition for before and after school care. Our kids loved going to KinderCare every day. In 2009 and 2016, when our younger two children were born, there was absolutely no question in our mind that we would enroll them at the Town Center KinderCare. Each time, the director, Kathy, as well as many of the teachers were still there, and are still there now, and that consistency in itself speaks very highly of how the center is run on a day-to-day basis. We saw, and still see to this day, the same caring, fun, and safe environment for our children. Our third child also grew tremendously with the phonics program which has rewarded him well in school. We fully intend to enroll our youngest in the same program when the time comes. When we say we joined the KinderCare family, we do mean family. Our children spend a large portion of their day, and their growing, with the KinderCare teachers and staff and they know our children very well. For us, choosing a daycare was much more than the logistics and cost. It was also very much about the character of the person(s) taking care of them. The care, thoughtfulness and partnering that the teachers and staff at Town Center KinderCare have done with us as parents on a daily basis is amazing and they truly are an integral part of our family. We couldn't feel more comfortable and confident leaving our children in their care and we are so appreciative of everything they have done for our family!
