The staff are amazing! They always communicate with me when anything is going on with my daughter. They regularly update the app so I can always see what my baby is eating, and how she is doing using the bathroom. Any time I’ve had questions, they are taken seriously and answered promptly. They celebrate holidays with fun activities and dress days. All the teachers know me and my baby, so it feels like family. I’m so thankful for my coworker recommending Northshore Kids Academy to me!
The boss lady is very considerate and inclusive of everyone’s needs including staff and children. She celebrates all holidays and the joys of it keeping the environment very diverse and welcoming. Everyone does everything in their power to make sure the kids are safe and having fun at all times !
This daycare is very unstructured and has a very negative climate! The owner is very careless of how the staff is treated nor does she acknowledge the behavior of the kids! How could you trust your kids at a daycare when the staff isn’t being treated the way they should to where they’re mentally capable of giving your child the proper needs. Sicking!
Northshore Kids Academy is a wonderful school with a very caring Director and experienced and loving Teachers. These ladies go above and beyond daily to make each child's day full of learning experiences and fun! The building is very clean and welcoming!
