We put both of our kids in daycare here that totaled a span of almost 7 years that included time before, during, and after Covid. We are very pleased with our time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Klondike Kindercare to our friends and family. They made our children feel safe and welcome, they communicated with us very well, and our children left the daycare fully prepared for pre-K and school.

We have been pleased to attend this daycare for the past year and 3 months. Our son started when he was just an infant, and it was a harrowing experience trying to figure out a place that I trusted to take care of him. I often see people speak disparagingly of “corporate” daycares, but Klondike KinderCare has felt like a great mix of the big daycares (dependability, flexible drop off times, oversight, accreditation) along with a small daycare feel. The admin team—Catherine, Jordan, Emily—do such a wonderful job of planning fun family and kid activities and being available to answer any and all questions and address my first-time mom concerns. My son has loved so many of the teachers here in the infant and toddler rooms—Ms. Emilee, Ms. Halima, Ms. Myshawna, Ms. Suzanne. I’m sure there are many others who have helped him grow into the little kid he is but they are the ones I had the pleasure of interacting with the most. Two things I really appreciated about this daycare: 1) A clear curriculum for the kids, and 2) The expectation that infants will have open floor play and not be kept in containers all day. I originally chose a different daycare and then a month before we started I had qualms and enrolled my son here instead. It was the right decision.

We’ve had a lovely experience with both our children at this Daycare. They have always been open and communicative with us on our children’s needs and expectations while attending. Both of them have really blossomed with their speech and felt like our oldest was prepared well going into kindergarten knowing the basics with colors, letters, and numbers. I love getting the updates during the day on how my babies are doing, and the pictures of their activities are so sweet to see. These people feel like family in the 5 years we have been going to this location.

By far the best daycare I could’ve ever put my newborn in. As a fresh new mom of course I was skeptical about leaving my son anywhere. I gave them a shot because a family member of mine takes her son there and sang their praises to me. And she was not wrong. Not only did they let me meet the teachers prior to enrolling him, but they have an app service that is updated throughout the day on what your little one is doing. You can send messages to the teachers or the director CATHERINE. On top of that CATHERINE (lady in the office) is hands on always! Anytime I’m there morning or evening, she is either preparing food for the children or in a room providing assistance. The baby room teachers are attentive and truly cater to each baby’s needs. If there is an issue or preference you have for your child they accommodate immediately. I have never had to tell them anything twice. Each teacher gets to know each child as an individual. They are open and honest about all things whether they’re notifying you or you simply have questions. They truly understand all types of parents ESPECIALLY new parents. I have never felt like I was being annoying or asking too many questions. Both Catherine and Jordan are personable understanding, and you can tell that every teacher in that building is there for those children.

We've been more than happy with our experience at Klondike Kindercare. Our daughter has been attending the center for the past 15 months and has been in both the infant and toddler classrooms during that time. I feel confident in saying the staff truly love and care for our daughter. As first time parents, we've had numerous questions that have always been promptly addressed. Furthermore, the use of the Kindercare app has been wonderful. We get real-time updates, pictures, and notes every single day. Our daughter recently moved into a classroom with Ms. Molly and Ms. Kenzie who are constantly sending us pictures and notes throughout the day. Our daughter is constantly engaged in activities and is clearly happy in the pictures. Our newborn son will be attending the daycare in a few months, and we have no doubt he'll have the same positive experience as our daughter. We highly recommend Klondike Kindercare to all looking for a safe, engaging, and loving center for their children!
