As a first time mom leaving my little one under the care of someone else was a concern, but meeting all the teachers and Joycelyn, KinderCare was the place that I felt the safety to leave my kid. Also it has help her a lot socializing and learning new things at such a young age. I love KinderCare and the teachers, it makes you feel you are around family.
Our son started at Kindercare at 3M old in Infant A. He has just moved to the Infant C class. All of his teachers have been wonderful! The entire staff at Kindercare are all so passionate about the kids and helping them grow and learn. We really feel the staff are part of our care village. As a first-time, working-mom, it is very hard to leave your baby in the care of others but I feel confident that my son is in great hands. There is an app where we get updates throughout the day about diaper changes, naps, and meals. When our son first started his teachers helped us get him on a schedule, which was such a game-changer. We have also gotten other little tips along the way. Most of the staff have been at Kindercare for a long time, which I think says a lot considering turnover is a huge problem in childcare and education right now. We love this place!
They really care about your child. And you know because your child is excited to see Shakyehra (his teacher) and Joycelyn (the director). Thank you all for loving these babies.
Hoover KinderCare is beyond amazing. Honestly, I don't think words can accurately describe how fantastic the center and staff are. My 2yo comes home everyday having learned something new: colors, numbers, letters, shapes, concepts... Parents get regular updates during the day via the app. The kids get fantastic, nutritional meals and snacks each day. I am completely convinced that the teachers have magical powers - somehow they manage to create order from the chaos one associates with little people, and they do so with kindness, understanding and love. My husband and I can go to work knowing that our child is in a safe and nurturing environment, with people who really care about him.
Do not take your child to this place. The staff showed a complete lack of care and respect. They kept telling my child “we don’t care,” which is unacceptable. What shocked me the most was their bathroom setup—mixed-gender bathrooms with no proper supervision. When I went to pick up my child, I saw a child in the bathroom with the door wide open, exposed in front of other kids. The staff were standing right there, and not one of them stepped in to close the door or protect the children’s privacy. This level of negligence is disturbing. Please think twice before sending your child here
