I absolutely love the environment for my son. They work with him and are very patient and keep me updated daily. My son has nothing but good things to say about his teachers. They are always on time being I'm one of the first parents to arrive at 6:30 in the morning they're very friendly very prompt and my son absolutely loves this daycare and so do I and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for trustworthy adults to care for their kids KinderCare is the best

My daughter has been here for 2 yrs. She loves it! Before we came the last daycare just sat them in front of the tv. Now she feels like she is in what she calls big girl school. From the directors on down they treat you like family. I couldn't have pick a better place for my little girl.

We love 45th Street KinderCare! Everyone who works there is very friendly and professional. They always take the time to chat with me about how my kid's day went. I love getting pictures of my child and updates through the app throughout the day. All the activities they plan for the kids are so fun for them and developmentally appropriate. They really abide by the philosophy that kids learn through play! My kid tells me all sorts of things about bugs and fish when she gets home. She already knows all of her colors, can count to 10, and identifies some letters!

We should have never taken our baby girl here and neither should you. Her 1st day she was only there 2 hours. When I picked her up she had bruises on her face and temple as well as several scratches on her face. No one could explain how it happened. When talking to the director Patty she was smart mouthed rude and belittling to me. Very unprofessional. Not only was mu baby bruised and scratched, but when I changed her diaper she had poop left on her privates and legs. Gross that my baby had that left on her for at least an hour based on when they said they changed her. She was bright red down there. I was furious because that could easily cause infections and diaper rash. Now that we have been home for a few hours I have also noticed a rash spreading on her trunk area. I am beyond furious and disappointed. We will be reporting them to the state and every other place that we can. Please don't send your children here. Find another Kinder Care location or another facility entirely. Beware!

As a single parent I WOULD NOT recommend this center AT ALL! One they short staffed as hell! There as been MANY incidents where I’ve pulled up to drop my kid off and NO ONE was there. (Yes this is right before I had to be at work) No one let us know they’d be closed, just closed. TWO the director is TERRIBLE at communication, and just being there in general! She puts her job off on the assistant director real bad,& here’s an example. The PreK graduation was scheduled for a day. The day come, the assistant director couldn’t make it, so guess what the director did? ‘POSTPONED’ the graduation. & my THIRD & FINAL point is they like to get over! I’m a single mom with CCDF but every month I find myself having to pay 100s of dollars out of pocket for a ‘missed swipe’ or ‘not enough hours’ when my kid is there 7:20a-5-20p M-F. Am I crazy or is that the 25hr I agreed to? Over all 1/10 wouldn’t recommend them at all!
