I want to give a big shout-out to some of my family's favorite teachers: First up is Mrs. NeNe, who is simply the best! My 3-year-old daughter struggles with separation anxiety and cries every morning when I drop her off. Mrs. NeNe is like an angel to us; she knows just how to comfort my little girl. Even though it breaks my heart to see her upset, I know she’s in excellent hands with NeNe. When Mrs. NeNe is absent, it’s tough for my daughter to cope. Our family is so grateful for everything she does! She is our Angel. Next is Ms. T is outstanding; she treats my kids as if they were her own niece and nephew! My nine-year-old son adores Mrs. T so much that he once asked if she could be his 'Stepmom.' It was so sweet, even if he didn’t quite understand what that meant! We told him she could be his Bonus Teacher Mom instead! Every time my kids see Ms. T, their faces light up with joy. Mrs. Crystal also is amazing! I can't imagine how she manages a class of 10 three-year-olds; with all their crying, tantrums, and boogers, I would probably need to hide in a closet and cry! LOL! She's an incredible teacher, and I'm so grateful for her patience with my daughter. But literally everyone at this daycare is amazing!! I don't think I have run into anyone I didn't like!! Way to go Balcones!!

Here at KinderCare they learn so much. My child did learn a lot before he was able to go to public school. Being a first time mother and not knowing what to expect my first time was an amazing experience and outlook. As a whole the management does great especially when it comes to following up on any questions and concerns. I’m very involved and have my own opinion like other parents and I communicate through it all. They are open and willing to be as open as well to your concerns involving your child both teacher and managers. I’m very thankful for the after school care provided for those parents that work are unable to pick up child. My child has been here for 2 years maybe a little over 2 years and has gained a lot of knowledge in learning, playing with others, and just being around other children while his mother works. It has been a tremendous help for my child and I. Life has its ups and downs but knowing your child is safe is main key while you work. Early opening at 6am is a plus! You can’t find that everywhere ! I would recommend anyone to send their child while working.

Love, Love, Love my daughters teachers and the directors. They take care of my angel as if she was their own child. Making sure she is well taken care of and loved. They let parents be as involved as they want. I can go in and play with my daughter when I drop her off as well as her classmates. She is in an infant classroom but are already teaching her colors and words. She loves her color time at school and never cries when I leave :)

My 2 daughters have been going to Kindercare for a year now. I’m honestly sad that my oldest will be going to elementary school next year because I adore the staff at Balcones Kindercare. Ashley the Director is well organized, driven, and leads a wonderful staff. The turnover of employees is minimal and I can tell everyone there loves kids and loves their job. Both my girls bring home well thought crafts and are constantly teaching me new songs and new things they learn. I also feel very safe with them there. When a family member picks up my kids they always ask for ID and make sure I know that they are there to pick them up. It is also an affordable school which makes the bang for your buck even better!!!! I highly recommend Kindercare at Balcones to anyone seeking a great childcare home for their littles!

We love sending our little boy here. He has been at Kindercare since he was 8 months and they really care for our child. They teachers are very kind and they communicate with us when supplies are needed or we need to know something about our sons day. I can’t imagine sending our child anywhere else!
