This review is 100% authentic and verified. I have had my children here at this institution since they were of age to attend. So for 5 years now and I can definitely without a doubt say that as of the last couple years it has never been better at Skyrise Madison KinderCare . I am very pleased to say the staff are very well put together and they work as a team. I know everyday that my kids are there they are in great care and everyone has my full confidence in knowing my kids are very well taken care of and looked after and they get the best possible learning they can while also being able to enjoy and have fun doing all sorts of activities and fun times with friends! Thank you so much for continuing to care of my children and being the best place my kids can go and learn and have the best days they can possible. My grandchildren have been going to this center for several years. I have seen special bonds formed with genuine love and kindness. Today, Santa came to the center. It wasn’t just Santa coming that made it extra special but all the staff coming together for the kids to make it much more. Each child got a gift! This was no small measure. The smiles and excitement the kids all had was wonderful to see. Thank you teachers and management for caring so much!! Thank you, Erin Jones for going above and beyond for all the children today!! You guys are great!!
This is the overall best daycare i ever experience. They are very helpful and hands on my twins are learning more and more daily. They can’t wait to return the next day because they have so much fun during there summer breaks. Shout out to Britney & bre for leading the staff to be so caring about their students 10/10
I absolutely love this center. It feels like another home for my son. He knows all of the teachers even the ones that’s not in his actually teacher. They have taught him so much. He wakes up wanting to go to sleep and I absolutely love that. Brittany and Bre are truly blessing when it comes to finding a great daycare. There not easy to find and I’m so happy I found them
My 5-month-old baby attended this daycare for 5 days and it was not a pleasant experience. The first day I left my baby when I entered the room, the babies were crying. I don't remember the number, if it was 3 or 4, but the babysitter told me to leave my baby on the mat that was on the floor where the other babies were crying. When I placed my baby on the mat, he started to cry and my heart broke. I wasn't going to leave him anymore, but another babysitter approached me. She was holding another baby to calm him down but I left him and carried my baby. That's when I came out and had to leave my baby because I didn't have someone to take care of him . I wasn't going to leave him in that place anymore but my friends commented that it was part of the process that it was the first day and that I was probably exaggerating. I continued carrying him for a very short time to see if he would get used to it but every day my baby cried a lot and I I realized why every time I picked him up he would fall asleep deeply and make sighs from having cried a lot. My baby is a very happy baby, playful and always smiling, but as the days went by he was sad and he was no longer happy even when he saw me, I decided I look for help from my friends to take care of him and I find another daycare center. but I do not recommend this daycare center in the least and I write this for people who have their babies in this place, pay a lot of attention to their babies, they are not well cared for, they let them cry a lot until they get tired and fall asleep from exhaustion, my baby does not I was the only one whenever I came to drop my baby off all the kids were crying. The woman in charge of the center doesn't care the day I went back to pick ny baby staff and let them know that my baby wasn't attending anymore to the center she only said ok ,she didn't ask me why or anything. I have trying to talk to the supervisor of the center but isn't been success. Our babies deserver a good care for people who see them as babies not as a pay check.
