Kidzone Christian Preschool

Of all the other preschools I toured, this one was the most organized, professional and clean. My daughter's teachers have been great. It's been two months and I've noticed so many improvements in her language and overall.

In January 2017 I completed a visiting tour to this school and my son was placed on a waitlist. Between March-June 2017 I called the school 5 times to get follow-up information as to where my son was placed on the waitlist. I had asked if my son should be placed elsewhere on a waitlist for another Christian pre-school and was told no because he would begin school here later this year. On my 3rd call to the school, I was told that my son would possibly be able to begin in September 2017 but that if I wanted to secure the slot, then to have him begin in July 2017. I called in June 2 times and was told that they were working on the waitlist and it was unknown if my son would begin in July. I explained to them that I felt misled with the information that was previously given to me. No responsibility was taken and I was led to believe that I misunderstood what was spoken to. Being a Licensed Clinical Therapist that listens and documents what is being said to me, I was taken aback by the unprofessionalism of this school. I was told that I would receive a call back by the end of Friday during that 4th phone call with an update as to my sons status on the waitlist.... the call never came. I called a 5th time and was told that the lady handling the waitlist was not able to take my call and that she would call me back. The call never came... and this was 1 week before July 1st. No communication was conveyed to me about the status of my son on the list. I was very disappointed especially after reading great reviews. So, if you meet the Director and a STAR is placed on your application that this school likes you and will move you up on the waitlist, do not hold your breath. There is no weight in what is communicated you and it is important to have a Plan B with this school. I met a former staff member of this Pre-School and she informed me that the teachers are great, but that the front administrative staff underwent a change with the Director and that the staff were very unorganized. She admonished me to look for a different preschool and I did. This school needs to become congruent with their words and actions, communicate more clearly and be honest about their system from the beginning.

When your kid says "I love my teachers" and is happy to be dropped off, it speaks volumes. My child is being prepared for the next academic level in a Godly environment. A Christian parent could not ask for more.
