Got my taxes done here.... they were EXTREMELY friendly & helpful... I can't say enough about how nice they were and how they went out of their way to help me. I believe it was a volunteer program (VITA ).
I was staying at WCA's halfway house in Mount Pleasant with few issues for about two years. I would walk to the store to get an energy drink, but the neighbors had their dogs off leash and they were barking at me agressively. I asked them to remedy the situation. The next time I passed by to the store, the neighbor claimed that the sidewalk was his property and began harassing me. I went to the local police and they were no help. I told my housing manager about the issue, and she was angry with me about my behavior for some reason I still cannot understand. After that, my roomate told me that someone showed up on the porch with a bandana over his face claiming to belong to the Pagans' motorcycle gang, and he told me that they said if I ever double crossed them again that they were going to kill me. I am almost certain it was one of the neighbors or one of their friends. I didn't know what to do because both the police and housing manager blamed me for the problem and I was soon after evicted for "unrelated" reasons after this incident.

Got emergency food on Monday and they gave us spoiled milk and some other assortments of expired food, I had to throw like half of it out, I’m extremely disappointed and upset.
Westmoreland Community Action discriminates, rude, disrespectful, unhelpful on phone after they had me email all my paperwork for assistance they refused to assit me, threatened me not to ever call their office again for assitance leaving me in a false eviction situation with no money to move out of my current uninhabitable living situation with a slumlord that has harrassed, threatened, manipulated, relaitated against me for making complaints about repairs not being done and for discrimination case filed with PHRC. They all should be fired
