Kidz World Childcare

If I could give no stars, I would. They are TERRIBLE at communicating with parents. I expressed concerns that we weren't getting communicated with and it was causing issues with being able to manage our daughters GI issues at home. I didn't cuss or yell on the phone, but they ended up kicking our daughter out of their daycare because they didn't like a parent who brushed off their poor communication. They tried placing blame on the parent for their lack of communication. They say they've been open for 20 years, but I do not see how when they have no clear process of ensuring clear communication happens. We've been in plenty of daycare and we've never had communication issues like this, and if we did run into issues, they were fixed and we weren't provided with made up excuses to excuse their problem. This is just a terrible daycare with staff who make excuses for poor communication on their part.

We've been part of the Kidz World family for seven years and my last kid is getting ready to graduate from there. Kidz World has been an amazing place for my kids. They've made great friends there, they love their teachers, and they left more than ready for kindergarten. Kidz World has always taken great care of the kids and I have never had to worry about my children while they were there, and they always looked forward to preschool on a daily basis. I can't recommend Kidz World enough- if you can get your child in you won't regret it.

Staff is friendly, and educated in childcare. They are fun and interactive and you can tell they work hard to create fun and new learning experiences for the children. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Awesome daycare. My daughter loves it and the staff is excellent!
