We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this daycare! The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares for every child like their own. Our little one has grown so much in confidence, learning, and social skills since starting here. It’s such a warm, welcoming, and safe environment, and we’re so grateful for the love and attention they give every day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a wonderful place for their children

Kidz rocket has been such a blessing for my family. From the very beginning, the staff has been so kind, welcoming, and supportive. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. They’ve also been very understanding and helpful when it comes to working with me financially, which means so much. The teachers are wonderful — you can tell they genuinely love what they do and care deeply about the kids.

We love Kidz Rocket! 🌟 My children have learned so much since starting at Kidz Rocket, and I couldn't be happier 💕. Thanks to the amazing teachers, they now know when they need to go to the bathroom 🚽 at just 1.5 years old, and my 3-year-old daughter knows the alphabet in English and Spanish 🔤 and can even write her name ✍️. They are super loving, patient, and always attentive to the children. You can tell they do their job with so much love! 💖 I recommend this daycare 100%

Do not send your children here. We intially enrolled our son at almost 2. Owner Akman referred us to this location. Initially things started out okay. When first attending the facility had an open door policy which allows for parents to check in on their kids when needed. This gave me and my husband peace of mind as there are so many things happening in daycares today. Overtime, it became a “wait at the door” situation before easing back into allow parents for pick up. Let me be clear. The lady who greets the children in the morning from 6-7am is phenomenal. My babies love her and never hesitate. The infant teacher is sweet and honors any request. The floater teacher with the locs in the afternoon is also really great and professional. As for the other staff members … I have observed on many occasions teachers yelling at the children. Ms.Adebola has been seen many times yelling at the children, isolating them, having them face the wall and humiliating children in front of other kids. When I brought this to the attention of akmed.. he told me on the phone he would check the camera and has not observed the teachers yelling. Evidently a lie. As indicated in the other comments yelling at the kids is very coming and has been observed by several parents. Secondly, before having my daughter I asked about the rates for my toddler and a newborn.. we were told on many occasions it would be $200 for both children to attend inclusive of our military discount. Before the birth of my daughter my husband again confirmed this rate. A week before I was set to have my daughter attend daycare no one had given us ann application for her despite us asking on numerous accounts. Then we ended up paying nearly double what we were orginally quoted. When asking to speak to the owner we were told that “he was no longer with the company to say it a nice way due to things he has done that had not been authorized,”. After giving much push back were were told “if he were here to confirm the price, we would honor it. But unfortunately I even went to corporate and they will not allow us that price due to insurance and the need for more teachers.” This was also a lie.. just a few months later we would see akman at the facility who never even addressed the price discrepancy. This is a very dishonest man. My daughter she came home with terrible rashes along her arms and legs.. I had to take her to the pediatric doctor many times due to oozing rashes that were not present before her attendance. They would even clear up over the weekend and return once attending the facility. I would come to find out from the staff that they wash the sheets in scented detergents from gain to tide and was explained “it just depends on what we have at the time,”. This is a huge no when it comes to newborn and infant skin. I have never known a daycare to not use an infant grade detergent to prevent severe contact dermatitis. We ended up supplying our own crib sheets. despite them serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack my son reports being hungry when leaving the facility. It took the morning teacher to bring to my attention he was not actually eating throughout the day to figure out what was going on. Additionally I have supplied my infants own lunches despite us sharing she is on solids. My son has been sent home many times in soiled clothes and we weee told “he just woke up,”. Obviously parents know their kids best so to test their theory I started arriving and different varying times and what was being reported was not at all accurate as my son was verbalizing when he had to go to the restroom before beginning to fear toileting.I noticed over time my son would be anxious in afraid to attend daycare as well as would come home with tantrum and aggressive behavior which was not in alignment with his temperament in the past. I also began to notice that my son would ask for a hug when doing something wrong. He’d also begin repeating words that were told to him at daycare. This is just a small amount of my observations.

this school doesn’t even deserve a damn rate, my son went here for one day and when I tell it was by far the worst experience I could even imagine! It was the worst! I dropped my son off with no rash or nothing ! I picked him up with a rash on his little bottom and skin peeling off to the point where it is bleeding 🩸! I don’t recommend this day care ONE BIT ! I would addd pictures but I’m keeping my son and his dignity at peace !! DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!
