Kidz Konnection Of Four Oaks II

I had an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience at the Peach Tree Center plaza involving the owner of Kidz Konnection daycare. My sister parked in the shared plaza lot and walked into Ming Moon Chinese Restaurant to order food. While she was in the middle of ordering, an employee from the daycare followed her into the restaurant and interrupted her to tell her to move her car. There are NO signs anywhere in the plaza indicating that parking is reserved for the daycare or that it’s off-limits. The employee told my sister that the owner doesn’t want people parking in front of the daycare center. My sister moved her car after being told to do so, but she pointed out that the employee could’ve said something before she walked in or waited until after. Later, my sister spoke directly with the owner, Joann, and mentioned that the employee could’ve communicated differently. Joann responded by saying that “following her in was the only way to stop people from walking near the establishment.” This was completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Joann also admitted there were no signs in place but still stood by the decision to confront my sister mid-order. When my sister asked why they don’t just put up a parking sign to avoid confusion, Joann stated they “can’t put up a sign because it’s a daycare.” This excuse made no sense. Being a daycare doesn’t justify a lack of clear communication or the unprofessional handling of this situation. This all took place in a shared shopping plaza (Peach Tree Center), NOT private property. It is completely inappropriate to treat people like they’re trespassing for using unmarked parking spaces. This situation was embarrassing, unnecessary, and poorly handled.
