Kidz Kidz Kidz is a wonderful Pre-school and early development center. The staff is very friendly and their facility is by far one of the cleanest I've seen. The front Administrator, Jennifer is fabulous! She is flexible and caters to the needs of parents. I believe that since my child has begun at this day care, he has expanded his vocabulary and is more keen to being social with other children. It's rare that he likes to be left at day care, but as soon as we arrive he's excited to play and be around his teachers and classmates. Last year, I enrolled my son at Kidz Kidz Kidz on Rainbow where Heather was the director there and it was the worst experience ever. My son came home with diaper rashes, and he was constantly sick with ear infections that I missed almost 2 weeks of work the first 3 months. Also the center was filthy, and they had toddlers mixed in the rooms with the infants. It was very odd. The Southern Highlands facility is a great place for kids to interact. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. But in my opinion, this center is great!
My daughter attends the Horizon Ridge location but I could not find the specific center to post my review.... I have been taking my daughter to Kidz Kidz Kidz for a year and a half now and absolutely love it! It is nowhere near my home and a little out of my way from work but when I was researching daycare centers there were endless waiting lists for infants. Two of my nieces attend Kidz Kidz Kidz as well and their mom highly recommended it. I went for a tour and was convinced this was the place for our daughter and I have no regrets in choosing this place. The center is very clean, the employees are so friendly, caring, and really make me feel comfortable dropping her off every day. My husband's work schedule varies from graveyard type hours to 24 hour shifts at a time and they are VERY flexible and accommodating to our changing schedule, even on a weekly basis. Which we couldn't be more grateful for. Their curriculum is also amazing and I see growth in my daughter constantly. Each time she moves up a class I get sad because I just adore her teachers, especially Ms. Bridgette, but then fall in love with the next just the same. I love this place and couldn't be happier with our decision.
Great school! The teachers are great and caring, however there are times where teachers have issues and they seem to be handled quickly...as they should be! My kids love going to “school” and call their teachers their “best friends”. Highly recommend! Corporate offices seem to be an issue with not supporting the schools as good as they could be!
Do not enroll your kids here. The issues have been going on for more than 2 years and there's no sign they are getting better. I hung in for more than a year only because we had one teacher there that my son & my family loved. But other than her there are more problems than worth the convenience of being in your neighborhood. Here they are: 1. Teacher turnover is about every 6 weeks - due to being treated unfairly, sadly they've lost a few good ones 2. Communication is poor - regardless of having cameras in the room - don't expect to get straight answers, consistent message boards, and if your child has an allergy it's best you tell the teachers 3x/day 3. Directors have zero decision making power so when you have an issue you have to contact a regional who also gives no solutions only says to email the owner (who never checks the corporate email you're given) 4. Ratios are ridiculous - and when a teacher calls the front desk and asks for help, they say no until there are more kids to warrant another teacher. 5. Their Better Business Bureau rating is an F, enough said
My three year old granddaughter and two year old grandson have been attending Kidz Kidz Kidz for two years. My husband and I occasionally drop them off and pick them up at least once a week. What I like about Kidz Kidz Kidz is that the kids are always eager to go to preschool. They like their teachers, and the teachers are always good about taking the time to talk with us if we have any questions or information to share. I like the daily report card that comes home with the two year old. Jennifer at the front desk has always been friendly and helpful. Another plus for Kidz Kidz Kidz is that there are cameras in the classrooms and on the playground. The preschool provides additional opportunities for the kids - my granddaughter loves the Tumblebus. One thing that we have learned to do is to pay closer attention to the notes on the doors as that is where information is provided - such as to bring a pumpkin and candy for Halloween.
