Kidz Kidz Kidz Preschool - Rainbow

Not the best place to send your kids. They always mix up stuff, sending me home with with different crib sheet everytime, my kid will come home with different pull ups even if the diaper bag is still full of his named pull ups. He always get sick because most likely, they dont even check if other kids are sent in with colds and coughs.. most likely not properly cleaning stuff. Since, it is probably more convenient for them to let the kids nap for more than 2 hours... sometimes more than 3..they let the kids nap as long as possible. They are a few bulks cheaper than others but better to pay the extra for a better one..

I have not had a problem with the actual daycare. My issue sits with the corporate accounting department. It is already a challenge raising two kids, school, full time job, and owning a business and financially getting by. Kidz Kidz Kidz do not seem to have an "Advanced" accounting department like they have "Most Advanced & Secure" at their locations. For the past 3 months they have consistently double charged my account, charged twice in the same week, it has been inconsistent. When I call they do not refund the money they say "Okay we are sorry, your account has been credited for the next payment" I did not sign up for a prepaid plan for when a business's accounting department can't do their job right. If it was an extra $20 I wouldn't be writing this review, but an additional $300 on top of the $300 payment I already paid definitely hurts us financially. I gave two stars because the daycare off of rainbow and robindale is not that horrible when it comes to looking after children. This review is based on the overall experience of customer service and business expectations. I honestly don't know how this business has been able to reach opening 5 locations but can't handle simple accounting.

My Grand Daughter started going there and it's a great place for her. Staff is knowledgeable and knows exactly what's going on with your child. Good structured class rooms and the kids are separated by age. I really recommend the Rainbow facility.

My daughter attends full day kindergarten but spends her mornings beforehand and her afternoons at Kidz Kidz Kidz. I love that the after school program has a set curriculum, so it's almost like an extension of her school day. She's attended daycares before that, while she had fun at, did little more than spend the day playing. She actually learns at Kidz Kidz Kidz, and I love that!

My 3 kids went here for about 2 weeks. My 4 year old daughter came home with a 2" long scab/scratch on her chest. Teacher's couldn't tell me how it happened. The next day I showed up 3 hours earlier than my normal pick-up time and walked in to my 4 year old daughter, who was in a dead sleep, being snatched up from the floor by her wrist. I physically intervened with the teacher who looked surprised to see me. I dis-enrolled all 3 of my kids the next day. I confronted the director who couldn't care less.
