What Parents Say
This daycare has highly polarized reviews. Positive reviews praise caring, patient staff (particularly Miss Stephanie, Miss Britney, and Miss Gloria), a clean facility with good activities, and strong director support. However, negative reviews document serious safety and operational concerns including unsupervised front entrance, lack of child accountability, use of personal vehicles for transportation without parent consent, staff tardiness, and inadequate behavior manageme
My daughter went to this school when she was 2 years old. She loves all her teachers especially Miss Stephanie and Miss Britney. She has made lots of friends here and we kept in touch with most of her friends. My son loves his teacher, Miss Gloria. She is very sweet and really cared for him. She taught him baby sign language, simple manners and how to say "Thank you." I'm happy that I'm able to view my son on the camera when he's at school while I'm in the office. He's happy and loves playing with his friends. It's a safe and caring environment. We love it here. :)
My daughter of 3 years old goes to this preschool since April 2017 and she is very happy. Her teacher is great and she knows how to help the kids to grow. They always have activities to make them learn. My daughter is now very comfortable. She feels like at home which is the most important ! When I pick her up at end of the day, she is playing with other kids and having hugs with the teachers... Classes are clean and they have a nice playground. Also Mrs Robin (Director) as well as Mrs Chelsea are very friendly and open minded. Any question or issue and they will talk with you and find a solution. I would highly recommend this preschool.
This is my daughter's first daycare experience. The staff is extremely kind and loving, and were very patient while my daughter adjusted. She's now a very happy camper, and is always happy to see her teacher when I drop her off. Special shout out to Ms. Gloria: Evelyn may have never gotten over her daycare blues without you! ♡
I had a scheduled tour of the school today and did not even have it. I was very interested in this facility for my child to attend but was disappointed once I got there. My husband and I brought our child at least 15 minutes before our evening scheduled tour. There’s a guest doorbell that I rang but the doors were already unlocked. The door rings once you open the doors. So far two bells have rang to notify someone. We waited as I looked at the screen where the classrooms are showing. Of course I didn’t see anyone leave out of the rooms assuming they were teachers. Waiting still, no one came to the front. I rang the service bell on the desk because maybe no one heard the other bells. At this point, it’s time for the scheduled tour and no one has came. I understand that places might be understaff. I work in a facility where that happens and things have to be adjusted in order to make the day go by best as possible. But this alerted me as a safety hazard. Why? Because I was able to let myself in. No one was at the front desk and I could have easily jumped the counter and do whatever. We left while the doorbell rang once again. No one still did not come to the front. Hopefully this is a wake up call for this facility because I believe that it would have been a nice place for my child to attend but this was alarming..
Wish I could rate this 0 stars. My daughter went here and it never seemed as though the "teachers" had a handle on the kids. My 3 year old daughter got so upset when I dropped her off because she didn't like the school. There was another child there who was physically hurting teachers and other children, Even pushing children off of playground equipment. When the teachers and Administration were talked to they didn't seem to be very concerned. Safe to say, we only lasted 3 weeks, the day my daughter came home in tears with bumps and bruises and asked for a new school we were done.
