My son Enzo G. has attended this daycare since May of 2025 and it has been such a great facility. The teachers are great at communicating and Chelsea, the director, really cares for these kiddos and their well being. My son loves his teacher Mrs. Rosie! And as a mother, I love how interactive the staff is and all the fun events they host for the kiddos.
My Twins just recently started going here and they always have huge smiles on their faces when they see Ms. Heather every morning. I feel at ease while my boys are under such good care here. We are happy we chose Kidz Kare!
I’ve heard nothing but good things about Kids Care in Lubbock through my brother, Issak, and the way he talks about the daycare really says a lot. From what Issak has shared with me, his daughter is genuinely well taken care of there, and he feels comfortable and confident leaving her in their care. He’s mentioned how attentive and caring the staff are, and it’s clear they put effort into making sure the kids feel safe, supported, and happy throughout the day. Hearing him talk about how his daughter is treated and how she enjoys being there makes it obvious that Kids Care creates a positive and nurturing environment. Even though I’m not there every day myself, just hearing it straight from Issak gives me peace of mind knowing his daughter is in good hands. It sounds like a place where the staff truly care about the children and take pride in what they do.
My experience with kids Kare started about a year ago when I put my 16m old son in here. Initially I was anxious due to it being a new place but as time went on faces began to become familiar. While nobody is perfect I do believe they have my child’s best interest at heart. Every time I’ve had a concern I bring it to the director Chelsea attention and it becomes resolved whether it be a diaper rash or biting incident. The baby room lady with glasses in the morning always welcomes my son Miles And the office lady with glasses is always sweet and very understanding. They take to time to get to know my child and I really appreciate that.
