I've had had my children at this daycare for the last 8 years and I can say that I do not worry about them when they are there. I know my children are well taken care of and loved. This is comforting to a momma that has to work full time and hates being away from her babies. The staff is wonderful and the director is always willing to listen to any concerns and address them to find a solution. I highly recommend this daycare!
Today the director called to talk to me about the issues i been having with there daycare. She listened to what i had to say and actually made solutions to resolve these problems that i have and they are willing to work with me now so im changing my review of the daycare. So thank you for taking the time to talk to me and willing to work with me that makes everything a lot easier. Its very appreciated because most women are single moms trying to provide for there children.
My child goes here and we both absolutely LOVE it! She looks forward to going everyday. The teachers are amazing, they are so sweet and compassionate. She comes home and has papers from crafts and different things she does throughout her day. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking 😊
Kidz Connection is a quality daycare/pre-school. You can sign your children up for 3-4-5 days a week. Like most daycares you pay for what you sign up for, because you pay for the spot. They request you pay the Friday before or the Monday of the week they provide the service. Which is reasonable. They have a caring staff and provide an excellent service.
The new director has made a new payment rule that is not flexible for those who get paid biweekly. We have been taking our kids there for over year and we've been late a few times. But never have we not paid. today, they refused care to my children because we didnt make last weeks payment yet. They give statements on Wednesday without knowing if your child will be there on thursday or friday. But they charge you for it anyways! Also, their statements make no sense! Im not sure what program they use but if you can figure it out, let me know! We have made the decision to find a new daycare. We feel the new director has no idea what she is doing. And their lack of flexibility is scrutiny.
