Kidz Come 1st Dc & Learning Center

I give kidz come first 1000 stars!! The moment I walked into the daycare I fell in love! VERY clean and organized. They accepted my baby as soon as NCI was approved and authorized. Ms. Rosemary and Ms. Rachel were very pleasant and I love that they call me "MIJA" LOL They both gave me peace of mind that my baby will be WELL taken care of. This is my first time putting one of my boys in daycare so it was a little tough. They both earned my trust and gave me relief. AND I can not forget about Ms. Cookie!! I liked her the second I met her. You can tell she is nurturing to the babies. I toured 3 daycares and kidz come first took the cake!!! I am super happy that I chose them!!!

I'm looking for closer daycares to my home and I see this has a 3.5 rating. I just had to stop and let anyone who is looking for a daycare know that this is a great daycare and the owner and workers are amazing. I wish my kids and I were still close to this place because they would definitely be there every day. The owner Rosemary is amazing and she has helped me more times than I can count. Rosemary saw a single mom struggling and always lended a helping hand to me and my boys. Her staff always cared and kept me updated on anything going on with my kids. My boys went here for about 5 or 6 years and if I could take them back I would. My children miss this daycare because there was always something exciting in the weekly schedule and it felt like they were home. They didn't like leaving on some occasions 🤣 This place is safe and always clean and organized.

So my 2 year old started at this day care and by the 4th day he was not crying to go in which anytime I left him with a babysitter he would cry. This has me feeling as if I finally found a great place for him to be. For about a month no bad reports UNTIL I asked one day how is he doing. I got a great report the only slightly negative thing was that when it was nap time he wanted to play instead of sleep. So following day I get an extremely bad report. I’m told basically nothing is done to prevent what is occurring because “they cannot simply place a child in time out.” So I get my son an appointment with his dr to get her take on the situation and she’s literally dumbfounded that so called childcare professionals sure unable to handle a situation with a 2yr old. This continues same report for about two weeks until I’m told he can’t come back. I thought this would be a great place for my child but I guess I shouldn’t ask how he’s doing because everything was fine until I did.

I struggled to find a daycare where I could go to work with the peace of mind knowing that my infant and toddler would be in great hands. I am very fortunate to have found this daycare. The teachers in the nursery have a heart of gold. I know this for a fact because my 12 month old baby stopped crying after the second day, given that he was new I would have expected for him to cry . That was not the case he actually enjoys staying at the daycare and is happy in the afternoons when I pick him up. The care for my toddlers is also great the teachers around them are very caring and patient. The kids attending not only play and have fun, but are also learning. Words fall short to describe how greatful I am.

My kids absolutely love this place! I love all the staff and how much they really care about the children. I recommend this place 10000X!!!
