Kidtowne

My child has been at KidTowne since he was an infant. He is now almost 3 years old. We have had an amazing experience. The center works with my ever-changing schedule, has helped us get the ball rolling and stay on track with potty training. I have seen the same consistent teachers for years. I think the best part is that my child has made some really great friends. The birthday parties and play dates have become a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend KidTowne.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Let me start by saying my toddler 25 months at the time of start of this program had never been in a childcare facility previously. I enrolled him knowing that the first few days maybe weeks would be a little rough for him as he had been home with me & dad since birth. Dropped him off first day I called to check in continuously he cried the first full 2 days. By his third day the director was already informing me that if he doesn’t make improvements in 2 days he will not be able to attend the daycare. AFTER TWO DAYS!!! Later in the week he began to get a little better by Friday he was pretty much getting in to the routine of being there. Off for a weekend plus the following Monday due to him not feeling well on the previous Sunday. So after a 3 day week I knew once again that the first day back would be a bit rough for him. He immediately began to cry at drop off. Within 30 minutes I emailed Erica and asked had he calm down yet & she replied he has not but she would keep me updated throughout the day. A few hours later she emailed me stating that he was doing fine so I’m like cool. Not even 2 whole hours later she sent me a paragraph email stating my baby only slept for 20 minutes during naptime & she was expelling him & he couldn’t return after Friday. First day back from the weekend & being sick she EXPELLED a toddler for CRYING. Mind yall I paid this woman almost $400 that same morning for the week. She took my money & a few hours later expelled him from the daycare. She also informed me that due to her expelling him from the daycare she would not charge the overage fee for him going over his weekly hours. So I let him finish the week out at the facility since I had already paid the money… so come Saturday night I check my account she STILL charged my card the overage fee. Which it was owed but don’t tell me you’re not going to charge me something & then turn around & charge me because if I hadn’t caught the transaction she wouldn’t have said anything. Worst daycare experience I’ve ever had with any of my kids.

Very flexible. We use the drop in option. Great for date nights!
