The flexible hourly rates ($10/hour) and lack of mandatory nap time make it convenient for working parents and those needing occasional childcare. I truly hate to leave a review like this, because the concept of this kids park is good, and the place itself has a lot of potential. The facility is clean, fun, and on the surface it looks like a great spot for kids to burn energy. That said, the big problem is the staff — they are simply not experienced with managing children. Kids are kids. They get loud, excited, emotional, and sometimes need redirection. Instead of knowing how to handle that, this location chooses the easy way out and sends children home when they can’t manage them. For example: my son has only ever been sent home from THIS Natomas location. We attend other franchises of the same park, and they handle him just fine. No issues. No calls to pick him up. That tells me this is not a child problem — it’s a management and training problem. From a business standpoint, this is where the money is being lost. Sending paying customers home because staff doesn’t know how to work with kids is not sustainable. You’re not just losing one day’s revenue — you’re losing trust, repeat business, and long-term customers. This place could be doing very well if the staff were better trained in child behavior, redirection, and basic classroom-style management. Until then, the concept is good, but the execution is hurting the business. I really hope ownership takes this seriously, because with the right team, this place could thrive.

Safe, reliable, affordable. So grateful for this childhood center. It is clean with a many activities for children to do. They offer snack, lunch, and dinner. They also hold holiday and seasonal events. Our family visits whenever parents want a much needed day date and need to keep the kiddos safe and busy. I wish there were more of these locations in other areas of town. Especially Elk Grove!

We had a terrible experience with customer service. Ms. Laura was very disrespectful to my wife who simply asked to use their restroom. When opening the small door to let her own child out Laura chastised her for not allowing a staff member do so because it is unsafe. Any other location when a member who has paid for services asks to use the restroom it is fine. Wife is pregnant and explained she drove an hour. Ms. Laura continued to explain how she needed to be background checked etc. instead of being kind and gently saying no, etc. Felt very disrespected and over the top rude. Will not be returning.

I enrolled my 2 year old last week in Kidspark, he loves it. The morning, they do circle time and preschool activities and there are only a few small toddlers. In the afternoon it’s more busy, the kids are also older. My son felt comfortable right away, his face lights up every time he arrives at Kidspark and I love the flexibility of this daycare. The prices are pretty much unbeatable. I don’t think it would be appropriate for a toddler to stay there all day/ all week though, they don’t have scheduled naps because the kids come and go. But everything else is great.

We have had a great experience at Kids Park with our daughter. We like how the staff knows her name when they see her and they greet her as we are checking in. The price is affordable for hourly childcare and helps us when she is bored and wants some children interaction. They also allow her to create artwork and it's different everyday. The only downside is they have to be at least two years old so we can only leave her and not our 9 month old. Overall we will keep coming here until we can!
