Mrs.Cynthia was very welcoming of my three old child when I decided to take my son out of another daycare. She engages with the kids with songs and games. She has a positive attitude when my son comes in the morning crying but he leaves smiling and when i asked him if he had a good day at daycare he says “Yes!” The classrooms are so colorful and activities for kids to do are everywhere in the building and on the walls. Every time I pick up my son she lets me know how he did that day. She also stays on top of my son for routine potty breaks which helps my son get more comfortable with using the daycare bathroom (he is fully potty trained now!) . I am really glad I switched over to Kidsmart. I couldn’t have not found a better daycare. It is clean and well secured.
Today I called to simply obtain an email address to send a court order to the daycare. The Person who manages files and paperwork refused to even accept the court ordered paperwork from me or provide an email address for me to send legal information. This behavior is behavior is enabling on going parental alienation. The court paperwork directly states that I have access to the information and can obtain this information myself. But due to the refusal of this facility to even provide an email address, I am unable to obtain legally required financial and educational information.
