Pictures are grossly inaccurate. The daycare is rundown, barely any toys, nothing for the kids to do. Communication is terrible. Initially, told me several times they’d transport my kids to school, even asking me to what school. They waited until after my kids had been enrolled and going there for two weeks (over break) to tell me they do NOT do transport. Then, I was told the owner and her brother would work something out between the two of them to get my kids to and from school temporarily, for at least two weeks. The day they were supposed to start taking my kids to school, I get a text at 11:30am saying they would not be taking my kids to school and my kids had not gone to school for the day. They then called me every single day for an entire week, sometimes multiple times a day, while I’m at work, to ask WHY my kids aren’t in school, complaining about watching my kids when THEY were the reason my kids weren’t in school. Everyday I dropped them off, I had RE explain everything to the morning worker, and everyday they’d badger my kids asking them why they weren’t going to school, and then proceeded called me at work, asking the same questions. Even AFTER I spoke to the owner about it! The kids have absolutely zero structured play or learning. The workers ignore the kids until something requires their attention. They close the daycare for a holiday (most recent was MLK day) with one business day notice. Despite me asking prior to even enrolling my kids, if they’d be open while school was closed, and them telling me they were IN FACT OPEN on school closure days. Leaving little to no time for alternate arrangements. My name is spelled wrong on the account (I’m the parent and my paperwork is literally through the county/state). Not really sure how you can mess up the only parent’s name from government paperwork/registration. The discipline is whatever they feel like, no real guidelines or rules, no handbook. My daughter brought her iPad and was FaceTiming and taking photos with other children in them, and staff was completely oblivious. (She’s very young and we had conversation about why this is unsafe and not okay). It also took several days for them to have the sign in/out portal setup on the iPad, for my kids. The past week, there were some missed punches as I had to setup an alternate pickup person to take my kids to school. For three days, two kids, each was supposed to have a total of 3 hours. They asked me to sign in (to adjust it) and what time the kids needed to be signed out. I informed them, and they said they’d adjust it. I go to check/verify today, and instead of 3 hours per kid for last week, there was 39 hours for each kid!!! The kicker, today, my child was acting out. Again, no rules or handbook for discipline, no structured play, no nothing for the kids to do all day. I mean, I’m not surprised with the inconsistency that a school age child in daycare all day would have behaviors. I’m not excusing the behavior HOWEVER, the staff does not look into why the behavior occurred, instead, calls me once and hangs up. I immediately call back. No answer. No voicemail box setup. I called three times immediately after they called me. No answer. They call my emergency contact and then at pickup decide to kick my child out of the daycare!!! Let’s setup children for success. This is NOT on my child. This is on the daycare! They fell short. Repeatedly. And then decide to shift all blame onto a CHILD!! Avoid this day”care” at all costs! I will be reporting to the state and BBB, and whomever else will listen. Save yourself and your kids, DON’T let your kids go here!

I truly admire this Daycare under new management. Under the new management, I have noticed that it is very clean, the equipment are all brand new, and the teachers are amazing! The teachers foster a great learning environment for our little ones which is such key. The overall new management is doing a good job with renewing everything, and allowing both the children and the parents to have a smooth experience. I would definitely recommend this daycare, my children love it!

This place is amazing!! My kids love coming here and the owners care about the kids! They write down the kids feeding times and changing time. My kids love it here and it’s clean fun and a happy environment. Try it here it is so fun and there is lots of social interaction with the kids. The kids have a yard and it’s so fun 🤩

I’ve called two days in row during open hours and they don’t pick up. I will try again!

This place is so awful, I’ve had to report then to the state. Did not change my child’s soiled dirty diaper, several times, and staff running around cursing and yelling at the children. Zero educational interaction, they hook the kids up to the tv all day, no social activities, improper nutrition. They feed the kids junk food and juice and milk and neglect them, then yell at their customers, for pointing it out. They should be shut down, without a trace of a doubt. Need I say more? Note as well the only positive review was left by the owners girlfriend, so that should tell you something about the lack of honesty going on here. Do not take your kids here.
