What Parents Say
Kids' World Tupelo receives mostly positive reviews, with parents praising the family-like atmosphere, communication, and organized facilities. However, some concerns have been raised about supervision quality, staff attentiveness, and lack of transparency regarding children's activities and incidents.
My baby was a student there and the staff are very rude don’t know how to communicate with u about your child whenever u ask questions about your child there is minimum conversation as to how they day went.My son also came home with a limp they claimed they ran the camera and after that my baby was pointing at his feet and his sock was out on the wrong feet but I don’t believe that all he didn’t leave the house with a limp watch taking your kids there I wouldn’t recommend this daycare at all!!!!
My kid was there for almost 1 year everything seem to be great! Well recently there was an incident involving my 3 year old child and I was completely unaware... no phone call NOTHING. My child stated staff hit him on the arm. I tried to notify director and she said she was at a volleyball game and doesn't take calls after daycare hours. I would not recommend this place for any parents who truly care about their children safety or need assistance outside of daycare hours.
The best daycare there is! My child goes here and they treat everyone like family. They are very communicative, allow me to check on my child any time of day, and will answer any questions I have! They take such great care of these babies and love them like their own! My child also learns so much here.
We had mixed experiences with this provider. The director was wonderful and extremely helpful; however, we just weren't certain about what was happening with our daughter (who has autism with some communication deficits) while she was there. Her teachers were friendly but not particularly informative about her time there, and, when we arrived to pick her up and she was on the playground, they were generally seated to the side looking at cellphones. My daughter frequently had toileting accidents there and not in other environments. She also regularly cried at school about coming to daycare after school, prompting her teachers to mention this to us. We never were really able to pinpoint the concern, but we did decide to remove her due to the distress it was causing her. It seemed to be related to peer interactions more than anything else, but, again, we just don't know . She is now attending another center without any of these concerns. Again, we had mostly good interactions with staff, particularly the director, but we just weren't sure.
My kids would come home with bruises and the teacher would always be clueless about what happened. There were also incidents with a problem child and that never got resolved. I have driven by a couple of time and stop outside to look at the kids playing and there’s no teacher present. I am not sure about the younger kids but for 5 and up I don’t recommend.
