My daughter who is 16 was trying to get part time job. She was unsure about her interview because i think she may have applied to 3 day cares. My daughter came downstairs in tears stated the lady was rude asking her what did she want. I called to speak to a "Manager" and she was nasty staing I am am her. I immediately went off because she was nasty to me in her tone and how she answered the phone. I stated so you must be the rude one talking to my 16yr old daughter like that and I asked for her name Which she never gave. She then tried to explain the situation when I all I wanted was her name. So the Manager of this facility is nasty and I can only imagine how she treats the kids. FOLKS BEWARE & talk to your children because this Lady Is beyond rude and I can only your children. I would give a negative 10 do not recommend if I could.

Caring staff that engage your child and help them learn to share and play with others their age! Clean, bright and enticing without breaking your budget! Grandsons cared for throughout the day or after school depending on the day and age group. Safe and secure to keep you worry free while you work!

My child went to Kids World for about 2 years. It wasn’t until she was in the Pre-school Program and in 5 months she had about 5 different teachers. The staff turnover was extremely high. When i ask Stacy the owner/director about it, her response was “it’s not my fault people don’t want to work” as a parent that’s not the response you want to hear or should hear. She was very aggressive and would not let me speak. I can Only imagine if she spoke to me as a parent like that then that’s how she speaks to her employees. People don’t quit jobs, they quit their bosses. Children need stability and in the pre school class there is none.

Don’t ever bring your children here unless you want to be belittle and disrespected by the small minded owner. Stacy was incredibly disrespectful today and talked to my family as if They were bothering her she has no common sense and is unprofessional. They can’t keep teacher because Stacy is so disrespectful. Don’t trust them around your children. This place does nothing for children and is mediocre.. the children are not intellectually challenged here. They are bored in class. Do yourself a favor and send them to a different facility that appreciate you and your child.

Trisha is disrespectful. Your children will have better care elsewhere. She basically threatened me to come and pick up my child within 45 mins due to a temper tantrum, (because kids have tantrums) and because I could not make it within the window, he was suspended indefinitely. I sent my mother in place of myself to pick up my child within the sufficent timeframe and he was still suspended. She was pre-paid for daycare services throughout the summer, however the summer isn't close to being over. I was advised that my son was given dog food by another child, I was told he didn't swallow, but we were in the hospital that evening. I wasn't notified until that evening, but any other day, when there's a tantrum I get calls. If your establishment is understaffed and unable to handle the amount of children as well as their behaviors,then say that. I can recall seeing an employee in public that shared that basically once shes frustrated she becomes impatient and sends your child home. Well, this is possibly 3 days out of the week. Due to having to leave work early, as a parent you become frustrated when you're paying for services not rendered. This is for the ironbridge location specifically. Update: Since leaving this establishment, I have attempted to resolve my concerns with the owner by obtaining my check in/out times from the daycare. I have prepaid for daycare services throughout the summer and so has social services. I was told by Trisha that she will not do me any favors by refunding me for services not rendered. She shared that my review is false and therefore I will have to take this matter to civil court to which I will be proceeding. She can not and refused to provide a itemized document for said services and shared that because I filed this review, she will report me. Nothing I have posted is false, this is merely a parent expressing her experience with this facility. I had to escalate this matter with social services due to this issue and will continue to escalate with the VA board of education.
